3 chambres, 2 salles de bains avec piscine privée chauffée, bain à remous et vue sur le golf. Situé dans le quartier tranquille de commodités Johnson Ranch comprennent, un parcours complet de 18 trous ainsi que trois piscines communautaires. 50 min de Sky Harbor, à 25 min de Phoenix Mesa Gateway, à distance de marche de Fry, Walgreen, McDonald, Jack in the Box, Pizza Hut, Bank of America, Blockbuster et grande variété de restaurants à la fois pour sortir et manger dans. Maison est entiÚrement meublée et comprend une connexion Internet sans fil (WiFi), cùble et les appels téléphoniques locaux. La maison dispose d'un lit queen dans la chambre des maßtres avec salle tandis que les 2 autres chambres sont équipées avec un lit queen et 2 lits jumeaux. Laveuse, sécheuse, lave-vaisselle et de la climatisation.

Activités: Seulement 30 min en voiture de Goldfield Ghost town et un autre à 10 min de Canyon Lake. Dans l'autre sens, nous sommes à seulement 15 min de Casa Grande ruines du monument national construits par les Indiens Hohokam.

Home was beautiful! Had all of the essential necessities. Hot tub for cooler nights. Perfect location for my family. Host was helpful with a problem. And he checked back in at a later time to make sure the problem got fixed. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Very nice floor plan and location. Unit was clean with full size kitchen and washer and dryer. All appliances and HVAC working well. The heated pool was beautiful with a great view of the golf course. There was nice deck furniture with a gas grill. Wade always responded quickly to our questions and was very pleasant to work with.Hope to come back soon!

It was amazing! We are from Colorado so having the pool and hot tub right outside the back door was wonderful! The house was immaculate. The air conditioning worked great and the amenities were awesome! Wade was wonderful! Any questions we had, he addressed immediately! Not that there were many, he was extremely informative about anything we would need to know about the house. If we find ourselves in Phoenix again, there is no question about where we stay again and I will definitely recommend this property to any friends!

I liked the quiet neighborhood, the pool and outside space was very nice. We would have enjoyed it even more had it not been monsoon Season. Bed in master bedroom was extremely comfortable. Thank you Wade.

We arrived to find that the hot water tank had leaked so the house was disorganized with the garage and one of the bedrooms taped off, fans were running full blast, things piled up in the living room, no water. The house is not stocked so there was nothing we needed, the dishes had holes in them and Beth few of them, there was no toiletries available. The pool was beautiful and the hot tub was nice. Great location and the owner said that we would get half of our money back but we have yet to get it and it’s been almost 3 weeks!

Great place!

Jacuzzi was broken and they fixed the last day, rare situation and he did get it fixed for our last day, I wish we could use the gate to the gold course. Nice to walk out there.

Great view!

We had a great time at this property. It was very clean. We did have to make our bed as the dryer was acting up, but it was all dry when we got there. Very convieniently located to shops and restaurants. The only draw back was that the pool heater was not working, but there is a big hot tub so that was great!

Beautiful Property!

We loved our stay at this house. It was beautiful and close to all needs. The hot tub was not working but the owner was very nice and helpful about it. It did not take away from our enjoyment of this property! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Youth sports travel.

This place was terrific. Plenty of space to spread out. Close proximity to Arizona athletic grounds. Only 1 game a day, plenty of things to do during the downtime.

Family Fun

We were visiting from California to attend our Granddaughter’s birthday party. We were not excited about leaving the weather in our area to go to 115 degree weather but found this house made that fact so much easier to deal with. We all enjoyed the pool and the air conditioning. The home was super comfortable for all who stayed with us and/or visited. The owners were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. We will definitely keep this rental on our list in the future.

Home away from Home

This is our 4th stay at this property and if available again when we come to AZ we will stay here again. The property has all the amenities needed for day to day use. It is completely a home away from home and the host is amazing to work with and always accessible if needed.
