This condo is in a great location and the property manager is very responsive.That does not mean we did not have concerns or issues. The two biggest, were the bedding needs updating ASAP. The mattress felt like it has never been rotated. The pillows were cheap - I went to the store and purchased new ones. My other concern is the living room rung that desperately needs to be replaced or shampooed. (The rug in the photo, is not the rug in the unit0

Condo was nice. Great property and location. Check-in was smooth with plenty of instruction and condo is equipped with adequate kitchen supplies. Condo is in need of a through cleaning and needs some updates. Living room ceiling was peeling, battled a loose/ broken toilet seat all week, bathroom drawers dirty, towel rack falling off wall, parts are very dusty/ dirty. Condo is in the Barefoot Landing area near shops and food. Overall nice, but small condo just in need of some TLC.

Check in was easy. No issues. I liked that there was a single cup coffee maker since I was the only one drinking coffee. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, cookware, etc.

Nicely decorated unit with a perfect ocean front deck and great location.

We stayed two weeks and walked the beach most days. We don’t typically like to sit around on the beach. We enjoyed the deck, everyone when the wind kept us nice and cool, which was all but 2 days of our stay. We walked to Barefoot Landing and to some local restaurants. Kathryn was very responsive. We flew in and arrived very late and our only complaint was that the prior renter did not leave toilet paper as requested on the check out notes. Luckily the local shop (5 minutes walk) had some. We also enjoyed seeing some local wildlife - foxes in the beach and a gator at Barefoot.

There is not a better location in North Myrtle Beach. Period.Check in and out was a breeze. I'm not exactly certain how the word "updated" used in the description was intended but everything worked and the unit was very clean. My wife and I stayed for a week and would rent again in a heart beat. Very pleased.

Great times at Windy Hill

Eat, drink, sunburn, repeat. Nice and quiet. Great ocean view. Great location, close to shopping if you’re into that. Close to entertainment. Sorta close to MB but not too close to all the craziness there. I have never met an unhappy person in Windy Hill
.unless they were out of beer.

Everything was great...very clean!!! Brand new mattress that was extremely comfortable. This is the only place we stay and will continue to do so. Nothing has been overlooked..everything you could possibly need...and did I mention the view!!

Loved it

We love the location. Love drinking our coffee in the morning on the balcony. Love the pool and Ocean Front. The only slighly negative was that the plugs may have needed updated. My blowdryer kept coming unplugged, but overall we would stay there over and over. Love North Myrtle.

This condo building is a 3 story, 21 unit ocean front property. Our condo is ocean front and is located on the first floor level/one flight up, with parking underneath. It is a quiet location close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. There is plenty of room on the beach for enjoying the sun and surf.

Beautiful beach for swimming and long walks, swimming pool, outdoor showers, grills, fabulous restaurants and shopping near by and plenty of night life for entertainment.
