3 chalets neufs Ă  deux pas des plages, caves, marina, parcs.

Cette propriété unique en son genre propose trois chalets familiaux à la décoration unique et un bunkie pour des séjours plus courts. Chaque cottage est équipé d'une kitchenette qui comprend un réfrigérateur, une cuisiniÚre et un four micro-ondes et une salle de bains avec baignoire et douche. Tous les chalets ont une chambre principale en bas et une mezzanine ouverte à l'étage qui pourra facilement accueillir une famille de cinq personnes. Ces chalets sont situés dans un cadre unique à quelques pas de la plage, de la marina locale et d'un grand parc avec pataugeoire, terrains de basket et de nombreuses aires de jeux pour les enfants.

Very clean, well kept property. Jason was proactive and accessible. Would recommend if you’re looking for a nice central spot in the county to venture out and explore each day.

Hidden gem

Great little cottage in a fantastic area! Beach, food and ice cream within a stones throw. What more could you ask for? Lots to explore in the area and the cottage was the perfect place to relax after a full day. We will be back!

Loved it!

Tammy and her husband(managers) were so friendly and helpful. The cottage is nice and location is great! We had a nice relaxing time. We all enjoyed George, the properties cat. We plan to return with the rest of our family. The property owners are also helpful with inquiries. Thank you.

The Beach right beside was close for testing high in bacteria but it made us discover 'Cedar Island beach in Kingsville' and 'Sea cliff beach in Leamington' that were beautiful and safe to swim.

Wedding get away

We booked this cottage to have a place to stay for our friends wedding. It was a quick 10 minute drive from the venue which was perfect for when my toddler danced too much and started to get cranky. It was a quick drive to get her bathed, a nice warm bottle and right to bed all in one short hour. Thank you for your hospitality’

The Monarch, aka “The Beehive” :)

My 4 year old loves bees and the sunny yellow interior had him immediately nicknaming it “The Beehive!” The location is perfect; ice cream a stone’s throw away, a restaurant open ‘til late, the splash pad, pirate ship playground, and beautiful beach all right outside. The cottage had everything we needed (except shower/bath soap, which we grabbed in town) and the fire pit was just right for s’mores. Host communication was quick and easy. We also loved the bunnies roaming, George the cat, and the million fireflies each night!

Perfect place to relax

We had a great time here and Jason was a great host. Very attentive and considerate . These cottages are perfect for a small group of friends or a family . A 30;second walk to the beach and walking / biking distance to several great wineries.

Cute Cottage

This was our second time staying in The Monarch cottage. It was perfect for our family of four. The kids also enjoyed being steps away from the park, splash pad, and beach.

The break we didn’t know we needed ❀

The cottage was beautiful and clean! Excellent accommodations with all amenities. Beach is 2 minute walk and local vineyards and specialty shops close by. Owners were extremely helpful and accessible. Will be returning!

This 2 storey cottage was lovely, bright, extremely clean and comfortable. Laura and Jason were easy to reach and accommodated all of our requests. They checked in regularly to ask if we needed anything, answered all our questions and made excellent recommendations for eateries and places to visit. The public beach and waterfront with restaurants is a 5 minute stroll. Nearby wineries offer fine dining alfresco and the town of Kingsville with its sophisticated and charming downtown strip is a scenic 25 minute drive; other nearby locations offer other delights. You can't go wrong with this property but do check for the mayfly season forecast to avoid the pesky invaders.

Colchester Campbell Cottages

We abosolutely loved the cottage, which was a very short walk to the beach. The cottage was so cute and cozy. Loved the space. The owner's were so nice and helpful. They were very prompt and gave us so many ideas and tips for our stay. The best hosts we have come across.

Absolutely surprised!!!!

The cottage far exceeded our expectations. Extremely clean, very bright and cheery and right at Lake Erie. Lots to do everyday. Vineyards and veggie stands were excellent. Owners were very helpful with info on attractions, directions, and ready to help with anything we may have needed. A very relaxing and enjoyable 8 dats. DEFINITELY returning.

Family Getaway

We stayed in The Monarch cottage and it was a perfect fit for our family! Our kids (ages 4 & 7) loved having the splash pad and park across the street. There is a beach just down the hill from the park as well. The owners were super nice and very helpful throughout our entire stay. There is a spacious bedroom on the main floor that we used, and the kids loved having the loft as their own space! A great home base for our trip. We will definitely be back!

Weekend get away!

I had such an amazing experience at The Monarch this long weekend. The cottage was very nice and super clean upon our arrival. The hosts were super generous went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to have the best weekend. There was a restaurant and ice cream stand right outside the cottage and being steps away from the beach made it even better! 10/10 would recommend:)
