Cozy Beach House Steps from the Shore: 4 Bedroom

This cozy house located on Pawleys Island in the Birds Nest area is just steps from the beach. The home features four spacious bedrooms, each offering one King bed and boasting modern décor and furniture. This house is great for a multi-generational family looking for space and privacy.

Downstairs features a private guest suite with a full bath, 2nd kitchen, and private entrance. The top floor features a wonderful kitchen with plenty of counter space, storage, and great appliances. The dining/living room combination is bright and wonderfully decorated with a spacious dining table that will easily accommodate the entire family.

This house features two full-size refrigerators and stoves, one outside enclosed hot/cold shower with dressing room, foot bath, gas grill, cable TV, Free Wifi, two open porches and is just steps from the beach.

Winter rentals and short stays are allowed in the off-season. Please call for more details.

New large screen Samsung TV in main room Smart TVs with access to streaming services: Netflix, Prime, Disney+, Apple+ Max Occupancy is 8,

Pet Friendly:
Dogs (no cats) are allowed. Pets are limited to domestic, housebroken dogs 40 pounds or under. There is a non-refundable $400.00 (plus tax) pet cleaning and spray fee that will be charged to each guest bringing a dog. 2 dog limit.

Everything was wonderful, except the floors weren’t cleaned (cereal under a bed, grit and dust on most of the floors). Also the outside grill was filthy and a few of the kitchen saucepans and the oven roasting tray were dirty. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay enormously.

Check in process was extremely confusing. We were Ubering from the Myrtle Beach airport and had to call 3 different phone numbers to understand the check in process, and the address was never supplied to the unit itself until we arrived at the property management building.Check in process seemed designed to reduce risk/be convenient for the property owners and was very difficult to complete for the customer (who paid for the stay).

Pawleys

Pawleys is one of our favorite spots. The town is not busy and so it's perfect for a relaxing getaway. My only complaint is the lack of cleaning supplies, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper. So be prepared to pack these items. Plus storage containers and mixing bowls if you plan to cook. The house is spacious with plenty of towels and wash clothes. Perfect spot to walk to the beach.

Neon Moon

Enjoyed the layout and function of the home but a little more attention to detail would have improved our enjoyment. Exterior window glass was very dirty and ironically all the dirty glass is accessible without the need for a ladder.Bedding should be updated. Several beds were outfitted with top sheets that were not sized correctly. The top sheet was too short to tuck under foot of mattress.Property owner should consider upgrading all 4 mattresses.No screens on windows (wanted to enjoy the fresh breezes).

Great location

House worked great for our extended family and having one bedroom on the ground floor was perfect for the dogs. Very close to beach which was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again. Did wish at least one bedroom had a king bed.

Lovely home with a great location

This home has been really nicely updated Very comfortable furniture with big windows providing terrific views. Almost feels like a tree house the way tree branches surround the front deck. Awesome location 
 short walk to the beach and short walk to a pier to soak up the marsh views. Bathrooms are older, not renovated but they are clean and in good condition. Only negative comment would be how the property is decorated 
 it’s not beachy at all but even worse none of it really suits the charming house. Modern pieces of art with odd choices for wall pictures and even lamps. But the charming house is worth overlooking the decor. House is located on a corner lot which is a great feature too. I definitely recommend this property.

Our annual family beach trip

We loved the proximity to the beach. The outdoor shower is really nice and very helpful after an entire day at the beach. Plenty of parking and lighting. The keypad is so convenient for a family that's coming and going. The owner had a great selection of books for my wife and I and games for the whole family. We will likely stay at Neon Moon again next year if available.
