Sentez-vous comme chez vous dans notre maison de vacances de 3 chambres et 1 salle de bain toute l'année à Chocorua Ski and beach. Nous sommes situés à environ 19 miles de Cranmore Mountain Resort pour le ski et les tubes et à 11 miles du domaine skiable de King Pine. De plus, pendant les mois d'été, nous sommes à distance de marche du lac Moore pour la baignade, le kayak et les tubes.

Notre maison est sur un seul niveau. Nous avons Ă  la fois un poĂȘle Ă  bois et Ă  granulĂ©s pour les nuits froides ainsi qu'un systĂšme de chauffage au fioul au cas oĂč.

Nous pouvons accueillir 6 adultes ou 4 adultes et 2-4 enfants. Deux chambres ont un lit queen dans chacune et la troisiĂšme chambre a un lit double. Les canapĂ©s sont super confortables pour se reposer et dormir. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec casseroles, poĂȘles, plats et couverts. Des kayaks, des canoĂ«s et des tubes sont disponibles pour les plaisirs d'Ă©tĂ©.

Weekend Away

My husband and I spent a lovely 3-day weekend at Sam’s place in Tamworth. If you are looking for peace & quiet in the middle of natural surroundings this is the place to be. It checks all the boxes!

Nice weekend getaway

Perfect location - 5 minute drive from White Lake State Park, Hobbs Brewery and mini golf. 2 minute walk to playground and beach entrance. Beach area was perfect - small, clean, sandy. Even on a hot Saturday afternoon there was plenty of room. The house was as described and very clean. Communication was very easy. Overall great stay and will definitely rebook.

Family 4th of July getaway

House is cute and cozy, quint essential New Hampsire! The neighborhood is great, feel safe letting the kids ride bikes to the playground and basketball court that is rite down the street, beach is within walking distance also, house is on a corner lot but feels private, has a great setup, we hung at the fire pit and on the partially covered front porch. House came loaded with everything you need for a great stay.

Perfect spot!

It was such a wonderful family reunion and our rental was the perfect spot. Close to the pond, two minutes away from laser tag and go carts, and only a short drive to ice cream and grocery store. The kitchen was gorgeous! And we absolutely loved the electric fireplace in the bedroom. The cousins were jealous. Thank you for making our experience so special!!

Lovely Home in Nice Area

We were very happy with our stay. With it being October, we needed to adjust the heat which was a little confusing. But Sam was quick call and walk us through it. The home was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was very nice. We were in town for a wedding so didnt spend much time in the house but did see how close a cute little private beach was and enjoyed quiet mornings on the porch!

No Hot Tub

It listed a hot tub and that is why we picked this property.....was told there was never a hot tub....checked back to all correspondence and it was at top of the list of amenities.....would be happy with a credit of some kind for this.....also sheets were dirty on one of the beds/had to change them

Beautiful home. Very comfortable and inviting. Clean with all the necessities availability. Clear and easy communication with the home owner. Only downfall is having to take the trash to the dump yourselves

awesome cabin

Well equipped cabin short distance to beach area and short drive to local amenities including North Conway and area lakes. Take a left after going over covered bridge! GPS doesn't always take you direct to property :)

We would definitely stay again

This was our first family get away. Description of property was accurate. House was very clean. Pictures were accurate. Sam was quick with any response to questions answering right away. Location is a quiet neighborhood. My youngest loved the park, which is only 1 minute walk from house. Lake is a very private beach. Check in and out was very easy. Our only regret was stay was not long enough.

August getaway

We enjoyed our 5 night stay! Great location if traveling to other places north such as storyland and Santa’s Village- very close to the beautiful White Lake State Park where we enjoyed the crystal clean water and view!

Great week!

We had a great experience staying here. Owner was very responsive, easy check in/out, excellent location and a canoe, kayak and float are available for fun at the pond (a short walk away!). House was perfect size for family of 4. Laundry was also a plus. Would rent again!

Great quiet location by the lake

We enjoyed this cottage very much! Just a few short minutes walk to the lake to swim. The owner was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the front deck was wonderful! A few downsides: 1) the screens in the windows all had holes and were taped up and so if we left the windows open we would get bugs and mosquitoes in the house. It would have been nice to have been able to open the windows for the cooler nights. 2) the house is very dark. There is limited lighting, likely due to the age of the cottage. 3) the kitchen was not well stocked with supplies. There was one very small cutting board and many essentials missing.

Sam’s house

I love this location, I have stayed at other houses in this little neighborhood but Sam’s house is our favorite. The location is so close to the private pond and the playground. The house is the perfect size for me and my family. We can’t wait to come back next year.
