À quelques minutes de TC, cette maison Ă  aire ouverte avec vue sur la forĂȘt, plafonds hauts et deux cheminĂ©es en pierre est parfaite pour faire des souvenirs de famille. Great stay!

Women's wine tour weekend

This was the best stay we’ve had. We didn’t have to worry about anything and were able to have a stress free getaway. Partnering with a local vineyard for bogo wine tasting was a nice touch!

This was by far one of our best VRBO experiences. Kelsey and Joe were incredibly responsive and even checked in a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was peaceful, quiet, and wonderfully private. It was also impressively well-stocked—from paper towels and toilet paper to ziplocks, garbage bags, and firewood.Despite the holiday, the driveway was plowed early on Thanksgiving morning, which we really appreciated. We stayed cozy throughout the winter weather thanks to the fireplace and hot tub. Our dogs were warmly welcomed, and the complimentary delivery through Stocked-Up meant our groceries were waiting for us when we arrived.I highly recommend booking with Kelsey and Joe—we can’t wait to come back!

AMAZING!!!

This is probably the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. They were so friendly and available for any communication we needed. The location was perfect to be close to the trails and town without being busy or right on top of them. The house was immaculate and plenty of space for the 5 of us. 10/10 would book again

Great experience

Our group of friends were looking for a house in the traverse city area and this checked all the boxes. Everything went off without a hitch and there was clear communication with the host the entire trip. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Yearly TC trip!

I couldn’t say enough about this rental! Communication with the owners was spot on. Kelsey was available right away for any questions. The house was beautiful! We absolutely loved the secluded location and close proximity to all the things we love in Traverse. 100% would highly recommend this property. We are looking forward to our next stay 😊

An amazing experience!

I had booked this home for the weekend for a little getaway with friends. It was perfect for what we were looking for! Owners were extremely helpful and giving! They went above and beyond to make sure my friends and I had a great time. I would 100% book this home again!

The house was absolutely perfect for our group of friends! We loved the two kitchen areas and having three full bathrooms! The location was very close to downtown areas. Communication was great with the hosts- they reached out several times to ensure we had an amazing stay!

Five Stars!

Our family had a wonderful stay up north for the fourth! The property was even better in person. One of the best stocked rentals we have ever stayed. Fully equipped with all amenities in the kitchen such as utensils, pots, pans, spices, coffee, etc. We enjoyed hanging out at the fire pit or the front porch while it rained in the evenings. So much to see and do in the beautiful surrounding areas. Kelsey was a great host and we would definitely recommend a stay here for your next Vaca!

Will definitely be back!

"Wow" was the most commonly used word during our first walk throughout this property! Our group of women was blown away by this location. Kelsey was a WONDERFUL, accommodating host, and very quickly responded to all my questions before and during our stay. The house layout allows for both group fun and privacy thanks to the large space and all the beds were very comfortable. The location is great for anyone touring Leelanau Peninsula or looking to have a night-in. Highly recommend!

Very clean, nice appliances and furniture. Nice, firm mattresses and high quality sheets, pillows, etc. Great layout for togetherness but also with privacy. The property manager was very responsive for questions. We came up for an event in Traverse City, the location was just far enough to away from the bustle of the city but close enough for restaurants and other activities.

Didn’t want to leave


What a wonderful week we had at this property, it was hard to leave. With three couples, two with kids under 6, it was the perfect size. The location just northwest of downtown TC and less than 30 minutes from Sutton’s Bay was great. The hot tub, three full baths, nice little fire pit, downstairs living area and extra kitchenette, the privacy surrounded by woods, I could go on it all set the tone for a great vacation. Kelsey (Testa) was truly a joy to work with. Highly recommend!

We fell in love with Leelanau County when we first visited in 2008. Since then we have spent lots of time fishing and exploring the area. We decided to buy in 2019 to have a place to land with our big family.

You can't beat the secluded location, high end hot tub, water conditioner, RO system, all the other amenities so close to TC, Suttons Bay, Lake Leelanau, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Leelanau Peninsula attractions like wineries, the TART, great beaches, and shopping all within a short drive of the house.
