La maison de la rivière Amos Coggin est située dans les bois le long des rives de la rivière Androscoggin, un endroit qui inspire à la fois la détente et l'aventure à chaque saison. . .
Situé dans un emplacement privilégié au bord de la rivière au sein de la communauté de Jordan Woods, l'Amos Coggin River House offre des kilomètres de sentiers pittoresques directement depuis notre porte via le système informatique et Mahoosuc Land Trust. Cela donne à nos clients l'opportunité d'explorer les bois et la rivière à pied ou à vélo pendant les mois les plus chauds ou en motoneige, skis xc, raquettes OU gros pneus tout l'hiver! Nous sommes à moins de 15 minutes du ski de classe mondiale à Sunday River et à moins de dix minutes de la rue principale de Bethel, comme Norman Rockwell, pour une cuisine raffinée, des boutiques uniques et des spectacles et foires saisonnières. Vous trouverez également des épiceries et quincailleries, des banques, un petit cinéma et un tout nouveau bowling et bar.
Nous sommes situés sur les rives de la rivière, donc un voyage ici ne serait pas complet sans pagayer sur l'Androscoggin en kayak ou en canoë au printemps et en été. Un service de navette est disponible pour une somme modique via le Bethel Adventure Centre pendant 2 heures pour des excursions d'une journée. . Nous pouvons également fournir des informations pour la mise en place d'un L. L. Forfait aventure aux haricots pour en apprendre davantage sur les sports nautiques et le tir à l'arc sur notre site.
La saison d'automne est un paradis absolu car il n'y a pas de meilleur endroit pour voir les feuilles avec de nombreuses routes cartographiées dans et autour de Bethel et des montagnes occidentales du Maine jusqu'à Rangeley. Le casino d'Oxford est à moins d'une heure pour la vie nocturne et les divertissements, et North Conway, NH, est également à moins d'une heure pour le meilleur des magasins d'usine et du feuillage en cours de route. Le meilleur des deux mondes!

Great ski getaway

House was roomy, clean & gorgeous. Plenty of space for socializing or taking some alone time. Had every amenity we could want including a hot tub. Easy ride to Sunday River for great skiing too.

Great Stay!

Wonderful stay

My family had a wonderful stay. Gina has a beautiful house in a secluded location. It was clean, spacious, and private. The hot tub was perfectly maintained, the crate for our dog was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the trails outback were beautiful. We had a great stay. Thank you!

Beautiful Bethel Cabin

Beautiful cabin, in quiet wooded neighborhood, with tons of walking/biking trails, and beautiful views. My family enjoyed all of the space and comforts provided at this property. The hot tub was a great bonus! 5 stars will definitely be booking again!

Great space for a family ski trip

My family of 8 people stayed here for our yearly ski trip at Sunday River. The location was great at the end of a beautiful, quiet dead end street, within 20 min to the mountain. The space was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Over it was a great experience!

Great vacation home

House was exactly as advertised. Plenty of space, very clean, great kitchen with newer appliances and a well decorated main living area. The lower level was a big hit with our group with a large entertainment area and ping pong table. Hot tub was also great after a long day of skiing or hiking. Highly recommended!

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing experience on our trip. House was super clean and so cozy! Location was awesome. Close to skiing and trails to hike right in the backyard. Our pup enjoyed the freedom to run as we overlooked the river. Would highly recommend and will absolutely book again! Thank you!!

Birthday weekend

Property was extremely clean, great for pets and great for groups of 6-10 people. Plenty of space and ample cooking supplies. Would highly recommend and definitely plan on checking in for availability in the future. Gina was great, gave good advice for surrounding areas and responded quickly to any questions.

Perfect Getaway

We had a great week in Bethel and had everything we needed here for an enjoyable, family vacation. The house was perfect for us and the dog! We walked the trails every day. Perfect Sunday River House!

We enjoyed our stay for the 2nd year. This really is the perfect Sunday River house. The house is gorgeous and has everything we need. The location is a short drive to Sunday River. Gina, the owner, is very responsive. I would recommend this house to anyone who is planning a trip to the Sunday River area.

Ski getaway

We had an amazing weekend at this house. The house is absolutely spotless, probably the cleanest rental house I have ever seen, especially for being dog friendly! The house is fully stocked and has a beautiful comfortable lay out. It’s perfectly situated for the mountain and town. The hot tub was amazing. Would 10/10 recommend to a friend and come back!

Perfect summer getaway

The Amos Coggin house was perfect for our summer getaway! It was a quick walk to the river for fishing and splashing around and a short drive to Bethel outdoor adventure for gem finding and kayaking. We also found some beautiful swimming holes and waterfalls along the Sunday River. The hot tub, fire pit and ping pong table provided lots of evening entertainment. Gina was a great host and made sure our stay was enjoyable!

Perfect Sunday River House!

I highly recommend this house for a ski getaway. It has everything you need and it is decorated so nicely. We didn't want to leave! Plenty of room for the family and a gorgeous living room. The hot tub was the cherry on top! The location is perfect for Sunday River skiing. Less than 20 minutes to the slopes. We hope to visit again, thank you Gina!

Perfect little getaway!

This was exactly what we needed. A little snowy cabin getaway right on the snowmobile trail and Androscoggin river making it easy to enjoy out the outdoors right from the doorstep! The jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind after the kiddos went to bed! Would highly recommend and would definitely return! :)

Awesome Ski Week!!

We were a group of 7 (2 families) and had an amazing week! The house was exactly as listed with all the amenities needed. The house and property were private, inviting and very relaxing. We enjoyed our days at Sunday River and evenings relaxing in the hut tub or in front of the fire. Gina was super quick to respond with any questions. We will definitely be back!

WONDERFUL Stay

Our family needed a getaway for Christmas and the Amos Coggin home didn't disappoint. It was decorated for Christmas, lighted outdoor trees, and chocolates waiting for us upon arrival. The home is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and has plenty of room for family to spread out. The house is only a 15 minute drive to Sunday River. There is access to walking or x-country skiing trails from the property. We will be returning for sure.
