Great Stay!

This is the perfect home base for a ski trip. The place was clean and has a fully stocked kitchen so you don't have to eat out every meal. The hot tub is a great place to hang out after a long day skiing.

Beautifully appointed cabin in perfect location

Gorgeous cabin with tons of amenities. Perfect distance from the water and downtown. We loved the wrap around porch with view. The hammocks were so much fun and even had a great night sleep outside one night. We wish we could stay here every summer for a month!

Getaway 2025!

Wonderful Stay! Loved the cozy feeling this place had, very family friendly and well stocked with everything you could need! We enjoyed the hammocks, fire pit, games and more! Only negative was the neighbor’s driveway being paved, but that’s not anything this owner could help! Really recommend this property, it’s beautiful and has amazing view of the lake! Oh and there is a little dance hall right down the road, our teenagers loved going to it and getting to dance the night away!

Cozy and fun

We had a great time staying in cubby’s cabin The house is beautiful, very accommodating, beautiful view of bear lake. We loved the backyard, especially the hammocks and hot tub. located minutes away from lots of fun activities, public beach area and a supermarket I highly recommend this property for family fun. 😃

Yard, yard, yard

We loved our stay so much. The yard was easily the best part, from the hot tub to the lake views, the wrap around porch with lots of seating, the picnic tables, hammocks, bbq & fire pit. When we weren’t at the lake we spent most of the time in the yard just relaxing and playing and eating as a family. All details were thought of. We loved the kitchen. Beds were comfy. Plenty of room for our group of 8. Lots of towels and extra blankets. We can’t wait to go back!

Overall it was great but you should know there is a huge wasp problem outside on all sides. We sprayed for them and tried the catcher and got a few but they were everywhere. Also we found a dead bat on the deck the morning we left.

Home away from home

Kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful home, clean, quiet and spacious yard for activities. Hot tub was a big hit in the evening looking out towards bear lake and seeing the Milky Way star clusters. Yard games, hammocks and pool noodles were accessible.

Nice but . . .

This house was very clean and well stocked and the backyard was great. However, there is not one square foot of privacy in the back yard so keep that in mind if you are bothered by neighbors looking at you. Also, the beds and bedding could really use an upgrade, all of it seemed old.

The perfect cabin for the perfect ski trip

If you’re trying to plan the perfect ski trip book this beautiful cabin. The location is incredible for an easy 15 minute drive to beaver mountain. The hot tub is amazing and the best way to end a day on the slopes. The fireplace is so cozy and so are each of the 3 bedrooms. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot to enjoy a snowy family ski trip. Can’t wait to be back, i miss that view of bear lake already! Thank you for everything!

AWESOME BEAUTIFUL AMAZING PROPERTY

House was perfect clean and perfect!! The backyard was like a resort and so many memories were made. Everything was clean and the yard was immaculate!!! You could walk barefoot and not get dirty in the yard. So many fun things in The yard and everything g worked perfectly. Couldn’t have had a better place to stay in bear lake. Thank You!!!!

We loved it. Would stay again.

Kids loved the yard and the hammocks. House wasn't too hot or cold like other reviews complained about. I'd give it 5-stars, but the hot tub cover was dysfunctional. It actually fell on us while we were in it. We couldn't use it much for this reason :(

Check in “lock box” needs to say digital door lock, for front door. Once there was a window air conditioner put in upstairs window, to deal with kids too hot upstairs, all was great. Thank you to Terri again!

So much fun

We loved this cabin! The backyard kept our kids entertained for hours. Cornhole and hammocks were so fun and we loved the hot tub. Place was clean and loved the layout. Great parking options. Kitchen is well equipped. Wish we would have known the road isn’t paved. We have a new boat and didn’t love driving on a gravel road. Upstairs room really needs air conditioning. Too hot to sleep in there. Other than that, loved the place!p

Serene Getaway in Garden City
