Features central air conditioning and ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. Has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, and a Weber gas grill to show off your culinary skills. Out back is a huge deck with plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun, with an outdoor shower. There is a 35 foot dock where you can tie up your boat and also two floating docks that will accommodate most personal water crafts. Catch blue claw crabs right out of the lagoon and make your own homemade crab cakes! Also included is a single, and a two person kayak perfect for paddling down the lagoon. The neighborhood has lots to offer and is great for biking, and the nearby park has tennis and basketball courts. There is a bay beach in the neighborhood on Jennifer Drive, and the LBI beaches are just a quick ride to the island. Included are 6 beach badges for Surf City beaches. This is a great house and area for family vacations. Minimum age of primary lessee is 25 years and this house is not available to groups of unrelated parties or for proms, etc. Maximum occupancy is 7. House has one king bed, one queen bed, and 2 full size beds with twin bunk beds above. This rental is available for a 7 day minimum with check in on Saturday afternoon, and checkout on Saturday morning.
