Situé au cœur de Beach Haven Gardens

Charmant chalet en bord de mer, sept maisons de la plage. Propre et impeccable, toute la maison fraîchement peinte, nouveaux meubles et appareils électroménagers. Climatisation centrale partout. 3 chambres avec un salon spacieux au deuxième étage + lit gigogne double pouvant servir de 4ème chambre confortable. La maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 9 personnes.

Le premier étage comprend:
- Une cuisine bien garnie avec de nouveaux appareils, une cafetière Keurig et un coin repas ouvert
- Salon ouvert avec nouvelle Smart TV HD, WIFI et câble
- Chambre # 1: Chambre principale avec lit King et TV connectée HD
- Salle de bain complète
- La chambre avant comprend un futon qui peut être converti en un lit simple


Le deuxième étage comprend:
- Chambre # 2: lit Queen avec Smart HDTV
- Chambre # 3: 2 lits jumeaux
- Salle de bain complète
- Un deuxième salon spacieux avec télévision HD par câble et entrée sur balcon extérieur avec vue sur la baie et auvent rétractable automatiquement. La chambre contient un lit gigogne double pouvant servir de 4ème chambre

La terrasse arrière comprend un ensemble de patio avec parasol, un gril à gaz pour les barbecues familiaux et une nouvelle douche extérieure. Le garage contient un mini baby-foot, une table de ping-pong, des jeux de plage, une laveuse / sécheuse et une troisième salle de bain 1/2 - une grande commodité, permettant aux clients de faire une pause dans la salle de bain de la plage sans avoir à entrer dans la maison principale. Nous fournirons également 8 chaises de plage, un parasol, un chariot de plage et des planches de bodyboard dans le garage. La location comprend 4 badges de plage. Apportez simplement vos propres draps / draps / serviettes.

Grande allée privée pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 3 voitures. Emplacement idéal pour une courte balade à vélo ou pour vous promener tranquillement vers Bay Village / Fantasy Island, les arcades et le parc aquatique - à seulement 1,6 km. Great beach house

The beach house was great! I loved that they supplied beach equipment (cart, chairs, umbrellas). The house itself was spacious. Great location to many restaurants and Fantasy Island. Close walk to the beach.

Perfect beach vacation rental property

We were 4 adults, 1 teen and 2 preteens, the house was comfortable for all to enjoy time together and privacy. The 2nd floor living room is a real bonus. The proximity to the beach, shopping and entertainment is perfect. Would highly recommend this property.

Great beach house that is exactly as advertised. Plenty of space (more than a family of 4 needed), clean, on a quiet street in short walking distance to the beach. Upstairs is especially nice. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The property is as advertised and the location was perfect for our family. Plenty of space inside and out, having a third bathroom in garage was a plus. Communication with the owner was excellent - overall a great place to stay.

Overall the house was very clean and had many options for activities. 2 minute walk to a pretty much private beach was a fantastic addition.

Great location and perfect house layout

The location of the house was perfect. So close to the beach and within walking distance to Bay Village. The layout of the house was ideal. The two living room areas allowed everyone to have space. (Teens in one area and adults in the other). Plenty of room to easily fit 3 cars in the driveway and the ping pong table in the garage was an added bonus. We had a great time!

The way the rooms were located in the house allowed both privacy and togetherness. The 2nd living room upstairs was a great amenity. We appreciated the beach cart, and the overall serene interior. A good time was had by all.

The Perfect Location

Had a great week at the house. Perfect distance to the beach and the bay (good place to fish) and within walking distance of bagels, places for dinner and ice cream. Nice amenities in the house as well like the chairs for the beach and the ping pong table. Kitchen appliances all brand new and wonderful. My favorite place to hang out - the upstairs balcony. Had an awesome week with family.

Exactly what we needed

This was a lovely rental for a group of friends renting off season for a wedding in LBI/spray beach. It says it sleeps 8 and includes a tiny futon which i don’t think any of my guys friends could fit on. Fortunately there were multiple large couches and a sectional so our group of 8 was able to sleep comfortably. Only other thing was that the ceiling and subsequent ceiling fan in the kitchen was low so my 6 foot plus friends had to be very careful walking by because if they didn’t pay attention and the fan was on, they might have their head slashed by a moving ceiling fan. Thank you for a great stay!

Thank you for your feedback Rory! The 8th bed is a twin size trundle that is stored underneath the twin bed in the second floor living room. The futon would be for a smaller 9th guest. Apologies you were not aware of the other twin bed.

Lovely off season stay at the beach

A very comfortable house with many pluses. We easily slept 6 adults and 1 child. My only suggestion is that in one of the upstairs bedrooms there is an option to push the two twin beds together to make an additional queen bed. Also, I didn't read the contract well, make sure to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, napkins and garbagebags. Thanks for a lovely weekend.

Amazing family beach house in the perfect location!

I can’t say enough good things about this house! It was clean, updated and spacious enough for our whole family (5 of us!). It was a 2 minute walk to the beach entrance, and close to so many great restaurants and attractions. I also really appreciate that beach badges were provided because not every owner does that. Sunsets and wine on the balcony in the evenings were our favorite! We can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect Beach House

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing week at Tom and Tatiana’s home. The layout of the house was perfect for our family - we especially loved the second living area upstairs. The backyard was a great place to hang out at night and the upstairs balcony was an added bonus. The location can’t be beat. Steps from the beach and a quick drive or longer walk to all of the restaurants, shops, fantasy island etc. Tom was very responsive to our questions and I can’t wait to go back next summer! Have already recommended this home to all of my friends!

Best Feature - Being able to walk to the Beach

Although there was a mix up at check in, the owner was contacted and apologized for it. House is very cute and homey. We stayed with our 2 sons and their families, which included 3 grandchildren all under 3. Beach access was superb. Outside shower and deck were wonderful. Some of the beach umbrellas and beach caddy were in fair share but we appreciated that they were available as well as beach chairs. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots, knives and utensils. Overall it was a great vacation.
