The host have specific instructions for us to check in. Their location is excellent for us who want to see downtown Denver for Christmas Eve and a short drive to the airport for an early morning flight on Christmas day.

Beautiful space. Comfortable beds. Contact with owner was fast and easy. Great location, quiet neighborhood and also close enough to major roads to get everywhere. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice rental in Lakewood (Denver)

Very nice, comfortable basement rental. Had everything you would need; washer/dryer, K-cups to get you started, among others. Rarely heard the upstairs tenant as others have stated. Close to bars, restuarants, etc. Being a basement rental, cool at times. Would stay here again.

Restful stay

Location of house is convenient for off and on highway to travel into Golden. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. Rooms were perfect size. Highly recommend to others wanting a cozy place to stay.

Cozy

Cozy spot to relax after a day out exploring. Host was easy to reach and was able to have someone out the next morning when the garbage disposal went out. Some pots/pans and other utensils were dirty from the previous tenants, not the host's fault. Some people just don't know how to clean up after themselves i guess. Overall a good experience.

Great experience

We were needing to book a stay due to a stressful and 'tentative' situation (we didn't know how long we would need to stay). Working with the property manager, Janna, was amazing. She was always very prompt in her responses and was more than willing to work with us and our situation. She made our very stressful situation less so as we had the peace of mind we needed as far as having a welcoming place to come back to every night. The bedroom and living rooms were relaxing. And there were plenty of amenities to make us comfortable. The area was also wonderful with ease of access to grocery stores and restaurants. Due to circumstances we had to leave before our reservation was over and again, Janna was amazing to work with. We were actually a little disappointed to leave the comforts of this space! My father and I appreciated and were grateful to Janna and this home away from home!

Medowlark Apartment

We had a great stay at the Meadowlark Apartment. It had a cozy farmhouse feel. It was convenient to shopping, dining and activities. You can occasionally hear the occupants upstairs, but it didn’t bother us. It was nice having the washer and dryer. We will book again next time we are in the area.

Great Place To Stay

This was a perfect place to stay!!! Beautiful nieghborhood. We caught the leaves changing ...so many pretty pretty differing colors. The wife just walked up and down the street collecting leaves. Perfect location. 15 min from everywhere. Neat , Clean, Nice Will stay again!!! Thanks so much!!!

This is our second time at this property. It’s a cute, cozy little place in a nice neighborhood. It works well for our family that goes all day and unwinds in the space at night.

Wonderful Little Apartment

Our stay was really great! The basement apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for me and my brother. Everything about the place was top notch. Location was in a convenient area for getting on and off the main roads, close to places to eat, and I felt safe going out for a run. I would definitely stay here again .
