Wondering stay in Ellicotville

Terrific time at thus house. Great fire pit outside. Short drive to the village. Pond near the house. Would be absolutely great in the fall or winter.

Great weekend stay in EVL

This house worked out very well for our group of 10. The bunk room was great for the teens, especially the dedicated bathroom, and the additional bedrooms were perfect for the adults. Its location was great, about 10 minutes from skiing. Check in was simple, checkout procedures were simple. We’d definitely stay here again for our next EVL trip!

Great cozy place, close to the town but still far enough where you’re not on top of another house. Came and plowed multiple times to make sure we could get up the hill. No complaints at all

One of our favorite features of the house is the privacy, since you can’t even see another house or the road. Yet, it’s only 5 minutes to the village of Ellicottville! Great stay, great house, great host!

We stayed at Chris' property for a week of skiing and relaxation. Our large family (4 kids, 2 adults) had a great time onsite with the 4 spacious bedrooms, the giant living room sectional in front of a huge smart TV, dining area and fully stocked kitchen. If you want to ski - there is a large mud room area for all your equipment. If you want to just lounge on the (very) comfortable couch - that can be a highlight also. Chris was responsive to any questions about the house or surrounding area regarding restaurants and activities to do with the kids. They even have a fireplace with LED lights that you can change the color of the ’fire’ – by a remote control. The kids said that was the coolest. We’ll be scouting dates for a return visit as it was one of the best family times we’ve had in a long time. Thanks Chris!

Perfect remote location, but close to the main strip. We had a quiet peaceful bachelor party around the fire without concern for noise complaints from surrounding neighbors.

Rent this place!!!

Stayed here with some friends for Fall Fest. We loved this home, it’s very cozy. Beautiful property that is a short drive to the village. I will definitely stay here again, and recommend anyone else to do so as well. Thanks again Chris and Jessica!

Best Time

The house was secluded, yet was just a few minutes away from town. It was extremely clean, and I absolutely loved the atmosphere of the house! I will definitely rent again in the future! Chris was amazing when it came to me having questions and had a fast response time. It was a great time!

Summer getaway

We spent four beautiful weeks in Ellicottville and the house was perfect for our needs. Situated about a 6min drive from town the house is a great mix of out of the way and close enough to get what you need. House is very kid friendly and Chris was extremely attentive. He would literally respond within minutes of any question or request. The only small issue we had was that the walls are thin but nothing we couldn’t work with/ around. All in all it was a great stay and We can’t wait to come back In the winter .

Last minute quick trip

Last minute quick trip with family and friends, place is awesome. Quiet, secluded in the woods. We will be staying again here in the future. We were thinking about extending our trip but after we checked looked like the dates were blocked. We def know why! This place was great!!
