Our home is perfectly located between the Village and Mountains. A short 10 minute walk North takes you to the shops, bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk South takes you to Holiday Valley Resort to ski, swim or golf. Our home boasts a brand new kitchen open to the dining room to involve all guests in the party. Each room offers Smart Tv's to log into your favorite streaming service.

Comfortable and Great Location

Our weekend at this house was great. The house is very comfortable and all the supplies needed. The house is facing the main road in EVL but noise was no issue at all.

Amazing property

Wonderful place to stay! Had many amenities not even mentioned in the listing. Everything was thought of. Check in and out process were easy. Property owner extremely engaging and caring.

Weekend Getaway in Ellicottville

We had a very nice time while in Ellicottvile. The home we stayed at was very clean and amenities were very nice. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and the host was excellent to communicate with.

Loved the Buffalo House!

This beautiful house was perfect for our "ladies weekend away" trip. Very clean, comfortable, convenient and fully equipped. Host, Brad , was very helpful whenever we had a question. Would definitely stay again!!

Home, home on the range


The Buffalo House is a great place to have fun in Ellicottville New York. Spring skiing at HolidayValley was amazing! Thanks Brad for the hospitality.

Great Location

The Buffalo House is a great place to stay. Its close to town and a very clean house. The property owner was great I would definitely book this house again.

Great little family house for enjoying the area!

We had a great time at the house and enjoyed the large living room for gathering as a family. The owner was terrific and the house had everything we needed. We will certainly come back!

Ladies getaway

A group of 8 women had the pleasure of staying in this house last week. Perfect location between the village and Holiday Valley Resort. Brad was very punctual with all communications. Great for friends or family.

Our Ellicottville Weekend

Our stay was absolutely perfect and Brad was so great throughout the whole process. Not only was the house so we’ll decorated, it was incredibly functional. It was well stocked with all of the things we needed. It was great to be within walking distance to all of the bars and restaurants. And plenty of outside space for entertaining.

Great winter get away

Minutes walk from downtown. Very spacious rooms and house. The house is fully updated and has a very nice modern/rustic flow to it. Have absolutely no complaints to it at all! I will certainly rent here again!

Perfect!!

This home is the perfect spot when staying in Ellicottville! It's the best location, right between Holiday Valley and the Village. This home is updated, with smart TVs in every room. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the decor is stunning. The owners have thought of everything to include with the home, making sure your stay is fantastic. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay! We will be back!
