Good for younger people

This was a party zone! We needed to get out of our house for the weekend for real estate showings. The condo wasn't super clean when we arrived but the property manager promptly resolved this. Every night was a party. We even had a half naked girl show up and knock on our door at 10am on Saturday thinking it was the room she had been partying in. The parties were loud. Like I said in the title, if this is what you're looking for, great. It wasn't what we were expecting as we had our two children with us as well. My husband's car was victim of vandalization in the parking ramp as well. Watch out for that!

Hi Krista, Thank you for the review. Being in the center of North Loop, many of our guests enjoy all of the restaurants, shops, and bars that are in the area. We wish you would have contacted us about the cleanliness of the home. We take pride in our cleans to ensure everything exceeds our guests expectation and we would have fixed this for you if we were involved. This unit is located in a multi-unit building and you will hear noise. Again, we would have been able to mitigate the rule breakers if we would have been made aware. I am sorry to hear that your husband's car was vandalized during your stay. The parking ramp is public with an assigned spot for our guests. Guest satisfaction is very important to us and we pride ourselves within making every stay a 5 star stay. We do hope you stay with us in the future, With Gratitude, The Minnestay Team

The connection of wifi was terrible, continued to turn on and off. There was also an Alexa device I believe was not even connected to anything. We were instructed to use direct TV and had zero actual direct tv channels. So we were unable to utilize the tv.

Perfect set-up

Such a great-up for a business traveler. Minimalist in a great way. Hosts could not have been more helpful and communicative.
