Please know that all Curtwood properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $1000.

Please note, that while we provide access to the building's pool for our guests, it is occasionally closed for maintenance or seasonal issues at the building's discretion. We will not be held responsible if the pool is closed during your trip.

Pets are allowed depending on size. Please be upfront about bringing a pet or else you will be canceled. The following additional PER Pet Cleaning Fee applies :

1-4 Nights : $25 per pet, per day
5-29 Nights :$200 per pet
30+ Nights : $300 per pet

This fee must be paid before you will be given access to the unit. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If discovered afterward, this fee doubles.

Early Check is $25 an hour and late check out is $25 hour (YOU MUST REQUEST THIS AND PAY UPFRONT.) If you checkout past 10AM without letting us know we will charge $50 an hour. It is not possible to fully accommodate every early check in and late check out. This varies on our cleaning crew's schedule. Thank you for understanding.

The space was large with great windows, very sparse and not super cozy. But the furniture that was there was functional and comfortable. A good spot to rest during work travel!

The host was attentive and responded quickly to any questions that we had. The view was amazing and the rentals was clean and simply decorated. It was great to have a place to park in a parking garage as it snowed overnight and we did not have to deal with snow plows or cleaning off our car in the morning. The directions for checkin/out and the expectations for the rental were well laid out and simple to follow. The access to the skyway was a plus as well. Over all a great stay!
