En entrant, vous êtes accueilli par le style sophistiqué de ce magnifique condo face à l'océan.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, de beaux comptoirs blancs, des ustensiles et des ustensiles ainsi que tous les articles de cuisine dont un chef aurait besoin.

En vous installant dans le salon, vous pourrez vous détendre au son apaisant de l'océan. Il y a une grande section avec beaucoup de sièges pour toute la famille. Profitez de votre film préféré sur le téléviseur à écran plat.

Best view in Wailea

Our stay was incredible. The unit was equipped with everything we needed to include pantry staples, snacks, beach chairs, and towels for the beach and pool. The unit was clean and the view was incredible. We will be booking with Polo Bech and Coldwell Rentals for our future stay. The only feedback I have to offer is a booklet with some instructions on how to work some of the things in the unit like the shades. It wasn’t difficult to figure out but written instructions along with printed instructions for check-out would be wonderful. Also, a bathroom located near the pool area would also be a positive improvement suggestion for Polo Beach. Otherwise, everything exceeded our expectations.

Great place to relax

Location is fantastic. Unit is top floor with amazing views. The property and common areas are spotless and well maintained. The unit itself has everything you need - beach chairs, a cooler, etc. unit has great layout and the electronics work well. The only complaints. Unit needs just a little minor maintenance. Towel bar in master fell off the wall with first use. Screen door to exterior off the tracks to deck and we found many of the plates, cookware and glassware were less than clean. Not major stuff and by no means would it dissuade us from renting again.

awesome view and location!

Stayed here for 10 nights. beautifully maintained condo with spectacular large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean, facing west for beautiful sunsets. unobstructed views right on the beach. although it is a public beach, it seems very nearly private. never got too busy during our entire stay. sandy beach and smooth sandy ocean floor, not rocky like many beaches in hawaii. pleasant waves - not too rough. easy walk to neighboring resorts (fairmont, four seasons, grand wailea) for fine restaurant meals or evening cocktails, though the kitchen is well equipped - including blender for sunset frozen cocktails! - for dinner at "home". very comfortable and pleasant. I also would like to commend the management company (Coldwell Bankers Island Vacations). We had an unexpected issue during our stay and they were very accommodating. it was addressed very well to our satisfaction. Thanks! would definitely return on another trip to maui!

Gorgeous beachside condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 805 Polo Beach is perfect for a beach side vacation. This two bedroom condo is comfortable for two couples or a family of four. The kitchen is fully stocked and the lani large enough for dining outside. The outside grill makes the perfect steak. A coffee maker, coffee beans and filters are provided, but you'll need to bring things like olive oil, spices and aluminum foil. The beach chairs and boogie board are a plus. My only complaint is the wind whistles through the sliding doors when they're closed but we had them open most the time so it wasn't an issue. It also looks down on a fairly busy beach so you will get noise from kids and dogs playing in the water. That said, it was a peaceful location, with beautiful grounds and all the amenities needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to Maui with our whole family, 10 of us, grandparents, parents, grandchildren and had an amazing time. We rented three units at the Polo Beach Club, all oceanfront. There is no better value on the island for the location and amenities available. We will definitely be back again and again!

Yearly trip to Maui

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have rented multiple units at Polo Beach Club, the location in my opinion is the best on the island. I have rented 805 many years ago. The view is amazing. The unit was clean, and well equipped. The unit needs updating, also needs a new mattress in the master bedroom. We asked for a late check out since our flight didn't leave until 7pm. We were given a free 1 hour late check out, but to stay until 2pm they wanted $700.00. I can see $350, but $700 is a little too much. We used the free hour to clean, take out trash, wipe down all surfaces, and do laundry. So not much for the cleaning crew to finish. Over all we had a great time, and will visit again next year.
