Magnifique condo face à la plage. Tous les nouveaux meubles de salon et salle à manger. Décor de plage partout avec des chaises longues confortables sur le nouveau canapé-lit. Barre humide avec machine à glace. Nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse, grand écran de 65 "dans le salon, l'unité a également une télévision à écran plat dans toutes les chambres. Profitez du bain à remous, du sauna et de la piscine. Internet sans fil disponible dans tout le complexe ou profitez d'une partie de tennis. Surtout, profitez des belles plages de sable blanc du golfe du Mexique.

Great for our family vacation

The condo worked very well for our family vacation. Plenty of room for our family of 5 plus 2 grandparents. The proximity of the condo to the beach and pool is great. We had plenty of room on the beach and the available beach chairs and beach toys for the kids were huge benefits to staying at Barbara's condo. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Week at the Beach!

The condo was just exactly as it is portrayed on VRBO. It was very clean,and the owner did a great job with decorating the unit. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed. The view of the beach was perfect!

Broadmoor Stay

Great location. Loved the condo, and the fact it was low to beach… could walk steps, skip the elevator wait. Great restaurants near. And walking distance to Florabama. Loved the quite family environment, and smaller building means less out front on beach.

Another great stay.

This was our second time staying at Barbara's condo. And we definitely made the right choice . The condo is roomy and perfect for our large family. And everything is exactly as described. We will definitely be back again.

Great Experience

This was a second time staying at the Broadmoor, and the first time staying in this unit. The complex is in a great location for those who don't want to be in the middle of it all. Beach is nice and not very crowded. The unit is a three bedroom, three bathroom and is great for families. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. There was plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys to use for the week. We would stay again!

Great location and condo size for our family

This property was a great size for our family. There were 6 of us total ranging from ages 4-77. We loved the access to the beach and views from the balcony. As someone who is afraid of heights, the 2nd floor was perfect. The kitchen was a nice size and the appliances were in great shape. The washer and dryer were especially helpful. The property was clean with the exception of worker/construction material in the front door and inside hallway. The entire building was under renovation. The pool and hot tub were closed and there was a lot of construction noise. I wasn't expecting there to be actual materials inside the condo. All of this was a bit of an annoyance but we made the most of it and enjoyed being together and experiencing Orange Beach, AL.

Family Vacation 2021

The room was beautiful and very well layed out. We had lots of room. It was a perfect fit for our family. The kitchen was very well equipped as we do cooking while we are there. The beach in front of this condo is not crowded at all and we really liked that as well. Will definitely be back!!

Wedded Bliss
