Four Seasons 703W, un condo récemment rénové 3 chambres / 3 salles de bain, est situé au 7ème étage et a et une vue incroyable "expansive" sur le golfe du Mexique, une plage de sable blanc et une jetée de pêche privée de 704 pieds depuis le salon , salle à manger, cuisine & amp; chambre des maîtres!

Les commodités de l'établissement comprennent une jetée privée qui rivalise avec n'importe quelle jetée d'État de notre région, une piscine côté plage, une piscine intérieure, un centre de remise en forme, un sauna et un salon, une courte promenade jusqu'à la plage avec une douche et un personnel de sécurité à temps plein. Great location

5 adults stayed with plenty of space! Great location, wonderful view from the large balcony. Condo was clean and key was easy to access. Master bed was comfy! Would stay again!

Relaxing Vacation

Host was very responsive and helpful. The property was clean and had everything we needed and more. There are beach chairs, umbrellas and toys at the property as well as some games. We would definitely stay here again!

Family fun

Three sisters for a fun getaway after loosing two sisters during Covid. We are trying to get back to normal and this has surely helped. The condo was spectacular and the view amazing. Security was professional and kind. The pier was a true surprise and a good one. The outside pool although beautiful was very cold!!!

We stayed for the month in November

we came down for the whole month of November. We loved the spectacular view that unit 703W has! Windows all across the front and from the balcony. The balcony furniture is great!We saw dolphins everyday we were there. The private pier is amazing, not only for fishing, but our daily walking and viewing the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. We loved the large kitchen with an island. We had different family members come to see us at different times during the month and they enjoyed the pool and beach. We would have given 5 stars, but the unit needs a lot of updating. We were told that the unit will be getting a complete overhaul next year which it definitely needs. Pam Martin, security, and maintenance were most helpful.

Beautiful view!!! Great pier!!! Refrigerator needs work or replaced. We had to use coolers for milk and meat. Great bones but could use a little updating. Overall it was okay.

Unit was comfortable, great location. Only complaint would be cleanliness upon arrival. Lot of beach sand on master bed and in floor throughout unit, all bed linings had not been cleaned thoroughly we washed them again upon checkin. Black mold in jets of master tub. Sliding door to patio in master bedroom was very hard to open and close.

1ST TIME AT ORANGE BEACH

We stayed in condo 703W for 3 nights. The view was great! Ocean front with a balcony. The beds were not comfortable, maybe it's time to upgrade them. You can feeling the metal bracke on your back with yhe living room sleeper sofa.

Home away from home

The condo was beautiful. It had everything we needed upon arrival so we didn't have to run out right away. The day time security guard was super friendly and helpful. He answered any questions we had and offered valuable information. The only downfall was the outside pool was closed, and the inside pool wasn't very warm. We would definitely come back again!!

Loved the condo! Would use again! Some kitchen utensils were dirty. Sand on floor when we got there. Rugs at the doors would be great! Balcony floor dirty.

Great Gulf View

Great view of the gulf and beach. Condo was good access to beach with private pier that was nice. Condo was a little dusty and water was VERY hot; it almost burned my 4 year olds hands. It looked like HVAC unit wasn't serviced regularly but the air was cold and kept the rooms comfortable. Parking is a little tight for a 4 door anything with length but at least you didn't have to pay for parking, just don't park outside of your lines. Overall, it was a good stay and was very accommodating.

Our Stay

Mold was growing at eye level on in the shower. All beds were horrible. Condo needs a deep cleaning and updated. Desparately needs painting, new furniture and kitchen dishes updated. For the price you pay, beds and furniture need to be comfortable and most importantly clean. Wrappers and dust were found under end tables.

The condo has been deep cleaned and all of the issues mentioned are resolved. The slats under all of the beds have been adjusted. The owner plans to make some nice bathroom upgrades this winter.

Four Seasons 703W

The floors were sooooo dirty!!! The dining table was filthy. The bathtub fixtures need replacing,the knobs would just spin and took a lot of trying to get turned on. Thus place definitely needs a LOT of talc. We have stayed in this condo complex for the last three years and we love the pier. The other condos were a lot nicer and clean,the cleaning service is really slacking on this one!!!!

It was great. The condo is a little dated and needs some upgrades. The dryer doesn't dry very well ... took 2 cycles for towels to dry. Looks like someone was about to take out the bathroom cabinets are about to fall apart. Needs more cooking pans. The master bedroom sliding doors didn't open, also the mattresses need to be replaced has a sink hole. Living room furniture is worn out.

Summer Vacation 2024

The condo is very roomy. The balcony is great with very good patio furniture. The beds were very good. The living room furniture is worn out and needs to be replaced. Not comfortable at all. The dining table is scratched up a lot. That green lounge chair and the wicker chair needs to be replaced before someone else rents it. Bathrooms desperately need remodeled. The master bath is really unacceptable for the price you pay to rent this condo. A deep cleaning is needed.

Had an awesome time as usual.

It was great but you may want to inform people they can no longer leave fishing poles down at the pier. I had the crap scared out of me when I went down to fish and $2500 in rod and reals were gone. Found out from another resident that we couldn’t leave them down there and security probably picked them up. They had and I got them back. It was just very scary. Other than that our trip was very relaxing and wonderful. We will definitely be back again next year. Thank you and have a blessed year. The Cress Family.

Four Seasons is GREAT but not condo 703W

Upon arrival the condo was filthy and in disrepair.The floors were dirty and sticky. Beds had crumbs and sand and hair IN the sheets. The bed room walls had black feetprints on them. There was hair on the bathroom floor, in the drawers and the cabinet doors were broken. Urine splatters on the toilet. The stove was filthy and dishes had food still stuck on them. Food crumbs on the furniture and under the cushions and food crumbs on and undernthe coffee table.I've stayed several times at Four Seasons and all the other condos were wonderful. I will stay at Four Seasons again but not this condo and nor book through this agency again. Pam has not returned my calls or emails since i spoke with her assistant with my complaint on the evening of our arrivalUrine

The cleaning crew missed this holiday arrival on their schedule and my assistant did send housekeeping to clean it and a refund and a late departure was given. My assistant apologized and the cleaning staff was counseled. This is a great condo and the cleaning crew does a great job!

Gorgeous Views, Nice Condo

This property is very nice with beautiful views and a big balcony. The beds are VERY comfortable in all 3 rooms. The king bed is nice and soft. The condo was quiet and relaxing. The colors of the walls are more muted than the photos, which we liked. They are sage green. We took this trip to fish, and we were not disappointed. My husband and my Dad went fishing with Great Southern Charters and caught some nice fish. Then we fished off the pier at night, and caught lots of fish. My Dad even caught a 32" red drum from the pier. It was an awesome experience. This was our first trip to Orange Beach, and we were very impressed. It's family and "mature adult" friendly. Favorite places to eat: Gulf Shores Steamer, Sunliner Diner, Lambert's in Foley, AL (excellent food, low price), and City Donuts (go early in the morning). We also visited Billy's Seafood Market in Foley for some fresh items to take home, and then we shopped at the Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley. For souvenirs, we went to the Beach Planet $14.99 store. They had a huge selection of items.

The Perfect Vacation

We had the best time staying at Four Seasons. The condo was beautiful, plenty of room with lots of storage to put your things away, the views were amazing, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the balcony was very nice, there was extra blankets that we never used but they were available if we needed them, there was a closet full of beach toys again we didn’t use them because we had our own but we did donate a few to add to what was there, I can’t think of anything we needed that was not there. The private pier was very nice. The grounds and pools were nice. My family and I are very satisfied with our stay here and we definitely want to come back as often as we can. Pam Martin was great to work with, she took care of us and made everything so easy and problem free. Thank you Pam you are very good at what you do and we greatly appreciate it.
