Le Floréal est un appartement de 100 m2 idéalement situé dans Tours centre, au 2ème étage d'un immeuble sécurisé avec ascenseur.

L'appartement est accessible à pieds depuis la gare de Tours (6 minutes de marche) ou en voiture (parking sous-terrain gardé en pied d'immeuble). Tram à proximité immédiate. En descendant de l'appartement, les commerces sont à proximité immédiate : supermarché sur place, nombreux restaurants et commerces, cinéma, centre des congrès, Mairie, marché hebdomadaire. L'emplacement est calme mais permet d'accéder en 10 minutes à pieds au coeur vibrant de Tours, la place Plume et les bords de Loire avec leur guinguette à la belle saison.

La position géographique est idéale pour découvrir la ville à pied et les environs de Tours : Tours le "Petit Paris", Châteaux de la Loire, vignes et vins de Loire.

Refait à neuf, la décoration est très soignée et l'équipement idéal : cuisine ouverte aménagée avec table haute centrale, séjour avec TV grand format connectée et barre de son et canapé cosy, 3 chambres possédant chacune une personnalité, dont une grande suite parentale avec salle de douche complète.

Une autre salle de douche séparée avec sèche serviettes, sèche linge et lave-linge, WC séparé.

The property was very nice and had a good location. This is only the third time we have used VRBO, the other two being in Sarlat, France, and Lake Chelan, Washington, USA. In both of those other two, the host communicated more before the rental and both hosts came to the property. Meeting the host made such a difference in the welcoming process. In the Sarlat rental the host was working when we arrived, so he sent a representative to meet us at the property who explained everything about it and answered questions about the town. She had also arranged for a cab to meet us at the railroad station. I know that Tours is a much larger town than either of the other two, so I wouldn't expect the same level of involvement, but meeting the host or at least having a more extensive email exchange puts more of the O in VRBO, giving a reason to select it over a rental agency.

This was an amazing place to stay for my family of 4! It was a great location, close to so much and was an amazing launch point for the Loire Valley’s many treasures. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay

We had a great stay at this apartment, it was really well located within Tours. Close to the train station but also walkable to the historic area. It was clean and nicely appointed. I'd recommend!

Very efficient and clean and great location!

We were only in town a couple of nights to tour a few of the Loire Valley castles. Great location to come in at night and enjoy the city’s restaurants. Had a very nice visit!

We loved this apartment in Tours. The location is fantastic, easy to walk all over the city, good space and comfortable for home cooked meals. There is a grocery in the building but it's not a great one, good to grab things you need tho.

This is a beautiful apartment right in the center of Tours. It is easy to get around by foot, public transport or car.We were able to walk everywhere from the apartment.Despite being so central it was very quiet. It has a full kitchen, and spacious eating area.The host was easy to get hold of and responded very quickly. I highly recommend this apartment.

Ideal Apartment and Location

The apartment was perfectly sized for four adults, with all of the conveniences. The location was ideal - easy walk to the train station, the old town and river, and with lots of restaurants and shops in proximity.

Lovely modern well-equipped apartment, very tastefully furnished and decorated. Excellent location.If bedroom windows are kept open at night, municipal bin emptying is noisy at 6am.

Lovely apartment, centrally located with some nice design features. Good sized bedrooms. Great to have dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. We used the dining room as an occasional home office. Overall the apartment worked well for the week were there. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect for our family

We had a wonderful stay here with our children (11, 7, and 2). The location could not be more amazing and we were surprised by how spacious the apartment felt! It was better than the photos in my opinion and perfect for our family of 5. The owners were very kind and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again.

great stay in the heart of the heart of the Loire valley

Wonderful place. While it's not huge, the layout is great so the space is maximized. the location couldn't be better - close to everything but not loud, close to the train station but not at all grungy. just half a block away from very charming cafes. Tours is such a wonderful, beautiful, historic place to visit, and very friendly too. We'd stay here again.

Amazing location for a lovely apartment

After our fist day there our two teenagers told us they wished we were staying there much longer! The apartment is spacious and lovely; the location is centrally located with easy reach to the autoroute and within walking distance to vieux Tours. Our host was wonderful and easy to reach with good communications prior to our visit. Indeed we wished we stayed there longer.

Celia was an excellent host suggesting restaurants, providing a number for taxi- rarely needed it is so well located. And allowed us to store bags a few hours beyond checkout which was appreciated. There was an “ unofficial greeter” sleeping on the sidewalk everynight which could be true in every city center and is beyond anyone’s control. We were asked to strip beds, empty trash and recyclables, and empty dishwasher which I had never experienced before. I was happy to comply in an exchange of good will since she let us stay a few extra hours. I would recommend and I would stay there again.

Yours centre

We loved our stay at the very clean and efficient home. Once we figured out with our hosts assistance where to park our car and how to access the property it was smooth sailing. Sadly, while we were there it was during a heat wave. Everywhere we went in the Loire valley was soooo hot. Really no indoor air conditioning places to dine and the home itself was very warm. The kitchen and living area were nice. The bedrooms and bathrooms modern and nice. Appreciated the washer and dryer. The elevator was a nice amenity. We would stay again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

48 hours in Tours - Great Loire Base

We were looking for a place to be our base for a few days of castles, food and wine. Tours is a great choice for that and this property was easy and helped us do that. Street parking is hard but that is normal but we did manage to find some and used the very close by underground garage one of the 2 days (book ahead on the website for a better rate with in and out privileges). The property did not have AC and we knew that - it was particularly hot for early June. Even with that - fans and open windows made it comfortable. It can get loud at night from the bars and the garbage trucks start at 5AM!. Amenities and space itself was totally as advertised - well appointed, functional space. Great host - easy texting for check in and out of any comms needs. I think we might have enjoyed being in the city center (to the West) closer the the walking only street. This property was by the university side and did have nearby restaurants, bars Pharmacies, train and Coffee etc - so still a great location.

Great location

The flat is in a fantastic, convenient location in Tours, close to the tram and easily walkabke to most points of interest. The host did give us access to the apartment more than an hour before scheduled check in time, but wasn't available when we called to be buzzed in. We were able to get in when another tenant opened the door to leave. The apartment was cleaned when we got there, but lacked some things we expected, like trash bags (every trash can was empty). Additionally, we got a call during the week to allow a contractor access to do some quick plumbing work. We were not near the flat, and asked if it could wait for a few hours. Not sure if there was a miscommunication/misunderstanding, but it appeared that someone did access the flat while we were out (lights and doors not the same as when we left). I feel like that's a one off situation, but worth noting.

Do not stay here, it is not worth the heartache and the extra money you will be billed.

The property is in a great area and is three bedrooms, that is the only positive thing we have to say. To be let in to the property we had to wait for the cleaner who doesn't speak English to arrive, we gave her two warnings; a hour and a 10 minute warning as told to do by the host but our reply was I don't speak English which left us standing outside on the street with our toddler and luggage for 20 plus minutes. When we were let in we noticed the washing machine and dryer going to which the cleaner went in did something to one of the machines. We just assumed it was spare linen from the previous travellers. It was not, only one bedroom was made up we had to dry the other two bedlinens and make the beds up. There was food left in the fridge and dishes in the dish washer. All things we just managed ourselves as we are not people to make a fuss. We got on with it. In the entryway there is a wooden shelf that is on a lean against the wall, very flimsy and it has glass vases on the top. On our last day when we were leaving the property and taking out last bag out my two year old bumped the shelf and the black vases fell off. We cleaned it up as we had left the property cleaner than when we arrived we didn't want to leave any broken pieces anywhere I immediately informed the host and apologised and asked how much the vase was and said we would pay for it straight away. We never got a reply, I checked everyday and nothing which I thought was really strange. Over a week later I received a message with a 200 euro charge and stating we left lights on in the property and the hair dryer was missing. Now I have curly hair, I travel with my own hair dryer that has a diffuser attachment. To imply we stole their cheap hair dryer is just ludicrous. We are two professional that have glowing reports from every single other accomodation we've ever stayed at. I find it appalling that a host can charge 200 euro for a very cheap vase without any third objective party having to approve this. This has been disputed and awaiting a result however I urge the next person who looks at this property to keep scrolling it is not worth the extra charges and a host that makes up lies to make more money out of their property. So so dissapointed.

Dear customer, I need to answer this message as it is far from reality. We truly pay attention to the welcome of our customers and I sent you an email before your arriving with my phone number (I am fluent in English). I even called you to know more about your arrival because we had no news one day before. Even the cleaner doesn’t speak English, it is easy to get in touch with me. After your arrival, you asked me for the wifi code and you got a quick answer. If the apartment was as you described, why didn’t you just tell me there was a problem ? You were four people and not three in your bookings, and you managed to use seven bed linen in four days. You left all the lights on when you left the apartment and broke a vase and a small tray. We have made great efforts for this apartment with decoration and every object has his history. I must admit we were completely down while entering for check-out and realized the damage down. It is the first time that we keep a deposit but I am unfortunately convinced that your damage worth more than 200€.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour en famille dans ce bel appartement décoré avec goût et avec toutes les commodités. Merci à nos hôtes, prompts à répondre à toutes nos questions, de nous avoir permis de vivre, pour quelques jours, en plein centre de Tours. Nous étions vraiment près de tout. L’appartement est bien insonorisé, ce qui est très important, car la collecte des déchets du matin est assez bruyante. Gardez bien les fenêtres fermées pour dormir et le tour est joué.
