This is a great property and it was a great stay! The only issue we noticed was that there was a leak in the indoor pool ceiling that was dripping down from the ceiling tile.

Awesome Location

If you are looking for an awesome view of the pool and beach this is your place! We enjoyed our stay very much! It was perfect size for 4 adults. Make sure you bring your pool towels.

The unit was generally acceptable and clean - but a bit beat up for the price. The property manager is Vacasa, locally. We had issues checking in as the security gate did not have our contact information and it took several calls to get that worked out. The TV in the primary bedroom did not work and it took 3 days for a return call and visit by Vacasa to come by to diagnose. Prior - on the phone - they tried to blame us for the issue, but they were unable to fix when they finally showed up. They promised a phenomenal 20 credit per night for the issue which we have not received yet (4 days later) or any correspondence.

Nice ocean view

Nicely updated unit comfortably handles 4 adults. We stayed 2 weeks. Not well-equipped for those who like to cook a few meals instead of eating out every day. Had to purchase a couple of pans and a coffee pot. The one provided was cracked and leaked out the bottom. Bring a couple of dish towels unless you're okay with one. Bring dishwasher detergent if you're using it more than once. Don't count on the vacuum cleaner for anything. Overall, could have been perfect 5-star with just a little bit of care.

Amazing condo/poor customer service from rental agency

The condo was beautiful and clean and spacious for 6 people. The view and pool and lazy river were fantastic. However, we tried calling, texting and emailing to get towels for our family of six. They provided just 4 bath towels and 4 wash cloths even though we had stated there’d be 6 guests. I spent precious vacation time wasted on trying to get someone from Vacasa South Carolina, the management company to meet this basic need. We paid a very high price and did not receive adequate service. They never responded or gave us more towels.

Great Condo

Slight issue with the check in process. It was. Ot communicated to the security gate the previous tenant had checked out and we were checking in. Required 2 phone calls to Vacasa with groceries thawing in our cars for 25 minutes. The condo itself was clean and perfectly appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and would love to make our stay at this property an annual event.

Not so clean

At eye level this unit was clean, but upon closer look it was not so much. Dust was caked on the ceiling vents and under the sofa, along with crumbs. Also, the kitchen overhead light burned out. We called the management company and they promised to send someone out to deal with these things but they never showed up. I did not find Vacasa responsive. The location is great.

Nice Place Bad Management

The condo is nice. The location is great. It was obvious the place has been rented a lot. Things were missing from what was obvious whole sets of kitchen utensils and pans. The floor was not mopped recently and left your feet disgustingly dirty. The tv instruction sheet had been changed frequently by previous guests because they were incorrect. We never did get the correct wifi information from the property management and had to crawl behind the tv and figure out the network and password from a cable box. The evening we arrived a smoke detector started beeping with a low battery. No One from the property management company ever came to correct the problem and we had to take it off the ceiling and wrap it in a towel so we wouldn't be driven crazy by the constant beeping. Overall we had a nice trip because the condo and it's location made up for the poor property management company.

Anniversary

We loved the Condo. It appears to be newly decorated and it all was very comfortable and cozy. It was my husband and my 58th Anniversary and I can’ think of a better place to spend it. Our two daughters joined us and we had a great time. Beautiful weather, great restaurants. Just perfect.

Great memories

The place is absolutely beautiful we enjoyed every moment, beds are very comfortable, beautiful decorations and kids friendly. The view from both balconies is breathtaking. My grand babies had a blast enjoying the pool, lazy river and the beautiful Ocean. I had the best birthday ever. Thanks for everything. I will also like to say thank you to Vacasa everyone was very professional I received information prior and during the stay. Via a text, email or phone. Excellent service.

Amazing location

Cute and roomy condo- plenty of room for our family of 5. Full kitchen and a grocery store right across the street made having plenty of food available for our family easy. The views from the balcony are amazing!

Nice but several small things were irritating

Condo could have been more thoroughly cleaned. Trash on porch. Broken trash can lid in kitchen. Coffee pot carafe was cracked and leaked. No ceiling fans. Bedroom TVs were not cable ready/activation was not complete with Spectrum.

Getaway

Lovely location and view from the balcony is spectacular. Closer to the beach for a walk than it looks in the photos. Parking and elevator were very convenient. We’d definitely recommend it. Still need to work on shower drain and address the wall heaters in bedrooms- make sure they are ready for winter. Called property mgt. - advised them Of concerns.

Litchfield Beach Condo

Lovely condo, a few issues that need to be addressed, the guest bathroom tub was completely stopped up, took several hours after showering to drain. One of the bistro chairs has been broken and was unstable, and the patio door from living room was damaged and was very hard to slide open. We stayed there this time last year and had no issues, these things can be fixed and feel like no one has reported it before. All in all , we really love the location, the view and just a lovely condo.

Nice unit with beautiful view!

We enjoyed our weekend stay here. The unit is nicely updated with bright and pretty artwork by the owner’s daughter. The view of the ocean is spectacular! We love this location (as it is close to family), and we will definitely stay here again! Two small things to consider: 1). It could use a small lamp on the front entrance table to light up and wam up the front entrance area; 2).Also, it would be nice if there were coffee filters.

Bridgewater @ Litchfield Beach

Great property with nice amenities. No loud parties, nice landscaping, great beach access. Only problem was TV remotes were too complicated; written instructions didn't work, and spent a couple of hours getting three remotes to work it out.
