At our property, we strive to maintain the utmost cleanliness and comfort for all our guests, especially those with allergies to pet dander or other animal-related issues. As part of this commitment, we regret to inform you that pets are not allowed on the premises.

If you're traveling with a pet, there are other wonderful vacation rentals nearby that warmly welcome furry friends. We kindly ask that you refrain from booking with us if you intend to bring an animal along.

Pets providing emotional support, wellbeing, comfort or companionship are not recognized as service animals under ADA regulations. Misrepresenting a dog or other animal as a service animal is a criminal violation.

Comfortable Bedroom: With a beautifully appointed bedroom, you'll find two queen beds to rest and rejuvenate. Sink into comfort and wake up refreshed, ready for a new day of the sea, golf or simple R&R.

Convenient Bathroom: Our bathroom ensures that everyone has the space they need to freshen up and prepare for the day ahead. Dual rooms allow showering and vanity sink to be used separately.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: In the heart of our resort condo is a fully equipped kitchen, where you can enjoy the coffee station or unleash your inner chef and try your hand at creating coastal delicacies.

Dining for All: Our dining area can comfortably accommodate 4 guests, making it the perfect gathering place to create unforgettable moments any time of the day during your stay.

Living Room: Our living room is designed to be your comfortable and entertaining retreat. Whether you're looking for relaxation, family bonding, or a cozy corner to read, we've got you covered with books, board games, Cable TV and WiFi.

Outdoor Bliss: Step outside onto our poolside/partial ocean view private balcony, where you can enjoy the sea breeze and soak in the sun with a good book or a glass of wine. On the same floor, just steps away is a heated indoor pool, fitness room, and a club room that connects to the outdoor pool area, which leads you directly onto the beach.

Resort Amenities: The suite overlooks the outdoor pool, lazy river, and kiddie pool. On the same floor as the Suite, you will find an indoor pool and fitness center. And for added convenience, there's a credit card-operated laundry room on the second floor. Additionally, enjoy all that Litchfield By The Sea has to offer with approx. 1 mile of private access to the beach, an onsite restaurant, coffee shop, fishing pier, marsh overlook with crab dock, tennis/pickleball court, access to 7 miles of scenic walking paths. Please note that the LBTS amenties are seperate from Bridgewater Resort, and we cannot guarantee the availability of those additional amenities (possible closure due to maintenance, ect.).

Elevators, luggage carts and keyless entry make checking in a breeze, so that you can start your mini-Seabatical immediately!

THIS IS A PRIVATELY OWNED AND OPERATED CONDO UNIT AT BRIDGEWATER RESORT. While guests will enjoy all the perks of the resort, please note that there is no housekeeping service nor linen refresh. We provide laundry pods for towels, and there is a credit card-operated laundry room on the second floor of the resort.

Please note that rates and availability are subject to change and are not guaranteed without a confirmed booking.

The $100 cleaning fee covers all linens and a thorough cleaning after your stay. However, we kindly ask that you leave the space as you found it. Please note that dishwashing is not included—guests are responsible for cleaning their own dishes to avoid an additional charge.

Gated Community: Registered guests will receive a parking pass valid for the duration of their stay. Please note that visitor parking is not permitted within the community due to HOA guidelines.

Prohibited Motor Vehicles: Motorcycles, boats, jet skis, campers, and similar vehicles are not permitted within Litchfield by the Sea community, including the Bridgewater Resort. Guests needing accommodations for these types of vehicles may use the designated North Parking lot at Litchfield by the Sea Resort. Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and we cannot guarantee parking spots. For assistance, please contact the resort directly at (888) 734-8228.

Parking: Bridgewater Resort does not assign specific parking spaces. Guests are welcome to park in either the parking garage or the open-air lot. Please ensure that your parking pass is always visibly displayed in your vehicle.
