Perfect Nashville Getaway

We had a wonderful stay and the space was just what we were looking for! Perfect for a nice long weekend in Nashville with my husband. Everything was clean and well kept. Conveniently located and just a short Uber ride to downtown. Julie was a wonderful host and we would definitely book again!

Beautiful historic restoration

While I would have liked to stay a couple more nights enjoying Nashville, we spent two great nights at 1865. Open beams, exposed brick, modern kitchen and bath. Just perfect!

I can not comment on anything inside the unit as we were not able to stay there. Communication with the host is absolutely a nightmare. If you have any troubles good luck getting ahold of the host. Would not recommend this host. The property itself was very cool and speakeasy was fun. I would avoid booking any properties with this host.

The Perfect Spot

I will never book anywhere else when coming to Nashville! So close to everything, yet far enough to not be bothered by the downtown noise. The room was very clean, so beautifully designed and felt very safe. One of the coolest things about this property is the speakeasy in the basement
I could have spent all 6 days there! Book it, you won’t regret it

Quaint place that suited our stay nicely. Close enough to everything to feel part of the downtown scene; but also close to Vandy, Belmont and medical centers. Felt safe and secure. Comfy bed and lots of linens. Found our way to on-site speakeasy for some of the best cocktails you will find and free parking was an added bonus.

Great apartment

Perfect sized one bed apartment for staying a couple days in the City. Close to Broadway. Secure entry, free parking, and a speakeasy downstairs. Pool was a little disappointing.

Girls Trip!

This was my third time staying at this property, this time for a girls trip. It's clean, safe, and conveniently located to everything Nashville has to offer. Great for Honeymoon Trip to Nashville

My husband and I stayed the weekend to visit Nashville as part of our honeymoon and it was incredible. It was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The location is a quick Uber/Lyft ride to everything you’d want to see but set back enough that it was quiet so you could sleep.

Good property

Check in process was very easy and simple. Regular maps took us somewhere different but google maps took us right there. Building was quiet. Pool out back was extremely small. Parking was easy. Bedroom and bathroom needed updated and could have been a little cleaner. Overall looking renovated and would more than likely stay there again.

Near train tracks // waded in ankle deep water for showers

Property is cute and kitchen/ linens were well stocked. However, there are train tracks right outside the bedroom window. We also had a problem with the shower not draining which meant we stood in ankle deepwater as we showered. I wrote to the owner and was told it wasn't an issue when her sister stayed there last. A day later I was told the handyman was contacted. I was never told when they were coming to fix it, nor did anyone show up. The problem was not fixed during our stay. I would not stay here again.

Quaint and clean

A very nice and clean one bedroom. Perfect for a long weekend getaway. Close enough to the main attractions. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Would definitely recommend this property. Very cute and clean with lots of character. Very easy check in process and a great location for any Nashville plans. Tons of parking availability and easy location for Uber pickups. Utilized both the bed and the couch for sleeping arrangements and everyone slept great. The shower also had great water pressure which is just an added bonus. Will definitely be staying here again.
