We had a fabulous stay. Great location. I was a bit puzzled as to why there was only sturdy plastic eating utensils for eating. The area is very safe and quiet. When we had a problem getting into the condo are call was immediately answered and taken care of.

The location was perfect, conveniently situated near downtown. The unit was spotless, well-furnished, and fully equipped. The parking was excellent. The downstairs restaurant was fantastic, and the pool was simply amazing.

Our only concern was noise from cars racing on the street at night that was heard in one of the bedrooms. This was remedied by ear plugs.

The unit was extremely clean and well-maintained. It was spacious and had a great view! It was close to Vanderbilt campus and perfect for our stay over graduation weekend.

Everything about the place was outstanding - including the fact you can park in a covered garage and walk to the apartment in about 50 steps (with a short elevator ride). The location is very convenient to everything in the area.

This rental was very clean. The problem we had was with the noise. Road noise was very loud and the walls very thin. The people in the hall and room next door were heard loud and clear.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. It was clean and spacious, convenient location, easy parking, the beds were very comfortable. The only issue was when we arrived, the key code did not open the door but a quick call to the host and it was corrected right away! Other than that, an excellent stay! Would definitely stay again!

Parking was great. Communication was smooth. Beds were comfy. Easy walk to Vanderbilt. Good food at Tito’s downstairs. FYI: pool/pool area not open until Memorial Day. Nice/safe place to stay for a family of four.

In the one room none of the plugs worked. We were left with a half roll or paper towels and only 2 trash bags. Main bedroom mattress was extremely uncomfortable. We were told that we would have access to the fireplace by the pool, but there was no propane. The dryer would only dry on 2 settings.
