The location was great for our need. The space is huge with private bathroom for almost all of the bedrooms. The swimming pool is also well maintained.One improvement area is to provide more hair dryers and irons for the guests. Overall, we have a great stay.

This property is nothing like what is depicted in the photos on VRBO. I suggest VRBO delist this property until the owner bring this property up to higher standards. The pictures that’s posted on VRBO web page and what you get when you arrive can’t be compared. The place is deplorable. On the balcony outside our bedroom was covered in mold. The carpet on the third level was dirty and full of paint stains. In the basement their old mattresses and dirty rags stacked on top of each other. The dryer had mold inside and the freezer was full of frost. These are just some of the things that need to be corrected before this property is ever listed for rent.

This villa is sensational. The villa is pretty cool, you can manage even on the hottest days in Paris. From the amazing pool to the well-sized rooms and interior design - the villa is the perfect place to host your friends/family or business colleagues for a company retreat.

Excellent family stay retreat close but away from the city in Paris

This fully equipped Villa was a perfect stay for our family retreat of 17 people including nine under the age of 21 The pool was a lovely respite after a hot day in the city. The villa is located conveniently to an RER stop, which takes you directly to downtown Paris. The villa is fully equipped. It is not air conditioned, but that was unnecessary even in the very hot days. The villa was exceptionally clean upon the arrival and well stocked with all the supplies and kitchen equipment needed. We highly recommended it. is a delightful place to stay for a large group away from but accessible to the city of Paris.

The House was nice and roomy

The house was nice. The kitchen appliances were great although we did not use them that much except the microwave and the fridge. The house was big enough for the 16 ladies. It just needed to be swept up and mopped before we got there. There were ants and spiders in the rooms on second and third floor and the hallway. There were no televisions hooked up and available to watch. The internet was shotty. A few of the sinks and toilets were not working properly. No extra toilet paper was left in the house. It would have been nice if there was a full body mirror somewhere in the house. The swimming pool was nice although we did not get in it. There were no instructions upon entry. It would have gotten a better rating if the house did not have ants and spiders. They should have been taken care of before we got there.

The villa is cleaned by a professional company. Several checks are carried out before tenants arrive, but it is possible that some rooms are not satisfactory. In this case, it is important to let us know so that the company can intervene again. Regarding ants and spiders, our caretaker applies products before each tenant's arrival. It is possible that ants may enter the house during your stay during the spring. In this case, it is important to notify the caretaker so that they can intervene immediately. Furthermore, we have hired a professional company to permanently eradicate these pests. Regarding the water leak, we thank you for this clarification; we will take the necessary steps. Toilet paper is available at your request; simply let your Caretaker know. Regarding the instructions for using the house, you will theoretically be informed of the operation of the facilities upon your arrival by the person who welcomes you. However, we take your feedback seriously and will create a welcome booklet. Regarding the internet and television, please note that we are connected by satellite via the Starlink system; during your stay, this network experienced a national outage. Family of 15

We stayed at this villa as a group of 15, including grandparents and three families with kids aged 3–12. The layout was ideal—each family had their own space near their children, and the bedrooms were comfy with good storage, cozy beds, and nice showers. The heated towel rail was a great touch for drying towels and swimwear.The kitchen was well-equipped with ample crockery and cups. While indoor space was limited, the outdoor area, BBQ, and amazing pool more than made up for it. The safety fencing around the pool was perfect for families with young children.The on-site Groundskeeper was excellent—responsive and helpful. The location was great too: just a mile from town and the river walk, with easy access to a market, bakeries, and supermarkets. We launched our SUP across the road and used the villa as a base to visit Paris and Disneyland, about 40 minutes away.A few small downsides:• We didn’t realize that not all of the garden space belonged to the villa. While the front yard and pool area were private, the grass area beyond the pool was shared with homes near the main gate. There was a trampoline that we assumed was for us to use, but it wasn't part of the property. It would have been helpful if a welcome pack explained this.• Patio and front doors were tricky to lock.• Only one key and no key safe—not ideal for a large group.• Communication with the host could be improved.Overall, a fantastic spot for a large group—we’d definitely recommend it.

Not a good experience.

We had a group with us of 15 people - so we needed this large home. Size wise, it was ok. However, that’s about it. Let’s start off with no A/C. During our time there it was 90f / 32c. It was miserably hot. The property provided some tiny desk fans of which a majority were broken. Knowing that it’s a heat wave - you would expect the property manager to have the doors and windows open for our arrival. Nope. We arrived to a house that had been baking in the sun for days. When I asked about the lack of fans and the number of fans broken - he said he would have some sent over. They never delivered extra fans. Getting Ubers into the city of Paris is no easy task either. Because you are on the outskirts of the city - Uber drivers are pretty scarce. The host only provided one SINGLE GARBAGE BAG. Can you imagine staying somewhere with 15 people and having one trash bag? Overall, just a really poor experience for the money paid.

You would have liked to be welcomed into a house with the shutters closed, we are sorry, but our protocol requires us to open the house and ventilate it between each tenant. Concerning the proximity of Paris and taxis, we are unfortunately not responsible for this. Regarding the trash bag, as we were able to tell you, you have a caretaker on site at your disposal who can put you there, who has also intervened on several occasions, depending on your requests (lighting the barbecue, provision of pods, etc.) We ordered additional fans following your remark, however mid-stay, the temperature dropped, they were no longer useful. we have tried to be at your disposal, even outside opening hours. Great organization

The Organization of the booking and arrival until our exit happened without any issues. The residence is beautiful as per the pictures. Inside bedrooms were practical and clean and towels provided. Kitchen setup was suitable. The second fridge downstairs very useful. We enjoyed the outdoor also overlooking the front pool. Perfect for partying with friends and family. Best.

Passage de trains

La maison est très jolie et confortable. Il manque toutefois la climatisation. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu apprécier notre séjour à cause des passages de trains réguliers autant la journée que la nuit qui passent juste derrière la maison. Cette information n'était pas signalé sur le descriptif de la maison. Sinon nous ne l'aurions pas loué. Les extérieur sont visuellement agréable. Il y a suffisamment de chaises et elles sont de bonne qualité. Il manque des transats, ll y en a que 2 pour 16 personnes. Les échelles de la piscine n'ont pas de marches, c'est des tubes métalliques, pas pratique pour remonter. Le fond de la piscine est détérioré, il y a des plaques couleur rouille. Il n'y a pas de serviettes de piscine, et le propriétaire ne met qu'une grande serviette par personne, pas de petites. Vu le standing que le propriétaire aimerait donner à la maison par son prix, Nous aurions aimé ne pas avoir tous ces désagréments. Dommage !!!!

Comme Le précise l’annonce, la villa est située à proximité d’une voie ferrée, train de marchandises. Bien que les trains ne soient pas fréquent, il se peut que vous subissez des nuisances. Sachez pour votre parfaite information que nous allons changer les menuiseries en triple vitrage afin d’ assurer un confort pour les locataires. Prijzig voor wat het biedt.

Het huis ligt prima tov Parijs waar je vanuit het dorpje op de trein kunt stappen. Deze spoorlijn zorgt 's nachts voor veel overlast dmv lawaai van goederentreinen. De stroom viel meerdere keren uit bij gebruik van het fornuis. Het antwoord was dat we maar 2 pitten tegelijk konden gebruiken. Dat werkt niet echt als je een huis verhuurt voor 20 personen. Voor 20 man op 2 pitten koken werkt niet. De woon/ leefruimte is verder vrij klein ten opzichte van de rest van het huis het tuinmeubiliair is voor max. 12 personen ipv 20 personen.
