All the properties are on 5 acre lots so no close neighbors very safe area beautifully manicured yard very relaxing feel.

This place I would highly recommend. It is just beautiful, two of my sisters and I were very comfortable here. Tom and Joann are so nice and easy to work with. We especially loved the space out side, where we were able to rest after a day of sightseeing. It is so quiet there, a person could actually rest their mind on that patio. I would definitely stay again.

It was a perfect quiet little getaway that we needed with no complaints. Everything was accommodating. Not far from town either which is a huge plus. We will be visiting again.

We stayed for 5 days at Tom’s amazing place! Super close to silverwood, restaurants, CDA, and plenty of fun. Very clean, friendly host, and a beautiful spot just out side of the hustle and bustle of town.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The rental was cozy, clean and the owner even left snacks for us to enjoy. Tom was very responsive and friendly. The property was easy access and close to shopping & restaurants. We can't wait to stay here again!

The room was exceptionally clean and well stocked with kitchen and bath supplies. There were sweet surprises of chocolate kisses, chips, cold water in the 'fridge and even books to read, movies, a puzzle and a huge collection of The Far Side cartoons.Lovely place. Great Location and Hosts

My family really enjoyed our stay, convenient location to Silverwood and the Coeur d'Alene area. The apartment was perfect and Tom was a great host, and we look forward to returning next summer.

This studio near Rathdrum, ID was a perfect stop along our roadtrip. Tom was an excellent host making us feel right at home! The studio is beautiful and clean and includes everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The secluded, woodsy setting was perfect for a relaxing stay. The location was close enough to various points of interest yet far enough away to really enjoy nature. We hope to make it back here again!!

Perfect stay for Silverwood park

Great location for small family spending day(s) at Silverwood Park. Very quiet, clean and accommodating rental. Hosts were amazing to work with and very engaging leading up to our stay. Highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay!

The room was super clean, well furnished, and included snacks and a parking spot. The host had great communication and check in was a breeze. The location is super quiet but close to town. Couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else in the future.

We are located outside the little town of Rathdrum in a neighborhood of 5 acre lots with custom homes. nice views and quiet, even though we are rural our streets are paved. Rathdrum has all kinds of restraunts that are open. grocery, gas, a quick care and all sorts of other businesses

Separate entrances to the suite, parking right out side the door. Private, nice walking streets un a vary safe neighborhood.
