This place I would highly recommend. It is just beautiful, two of my sisters and I were very comfortable here. Tom and Joann are so nice and easy to work with. We especially loved the space out side, where we were able to rest after a day of sightseeing. It is so quiet there, a person could actually rest their mind on that patio. I would definitely stay again.

Wir hatten das große GlĂŒck, dass wir auch in 2025 als GĂ€ste bei Tom sein durften. Schon wie in 2023 waren wir vollkommen begeistert. FĂŒr Liebhaber des nördlichen Idaho ist die Ferienwohnung ideal. Lage, Ausstattung und der Vermieter sind einfach Spitze. Wenn es uns wieder nach Idaho zieht, Tom wird unsere erste Adresse sein.

The room was exceptionally clean and well stocked with kitchen and bath supplies. There were sweet surprises of chocolate kisses, chips, cold water in the 'fridge and even books to read, movies, a puzzle and a huge collection of The Far Side cartoons.Lovely place. 'Very attentive host. Electronics hookups in all sizes.

Wonderful large suite that included everything we needed for a 1 week stay. Tom was responsive, contacting us in advance with detailed instructions on accessing the property and what to expect. Very pleasant outside area to sit for an early AM cup of coffee. The unit was spotless and well stocked with towels and soap/shampoos. Very much appreciated the attention to small details as well. Excellent host and beautiful setting!

This studio near Rathdrum, ID was a perfect stop along our roadtrip. Tom was an excellent host making us feel right at home! The studio is beautiful and clean and includes everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The secluded, woodsy setting was perfect for a relaxing stay. The location was close enough to various points of interest yet far enough away to really enjoy nature. We hope to make it back here again!!

Fantastic Little Place!

We came to Rathdrum for family Thanksgiving & this sweet unit was perfect for four of us. Our kids said the sleeper sofa was comfortable. The host is incredibly welcoming & has great communication. The unit is wonderfully stocked & decorated & ready to go! We will be back!

Quiet get away

Loved this property in quiet secluded area. The host, Tom, was great. We had questions about the area and he was very knowledgable. The room was clean, warm and had everything we needed. When we arrived Tom had the heat on and ready for us. This was a great place for us to use as a base for our activities. We’d love to stay here again Tom.

We are located outside the little town of Rathdrum in a neighborhood of 5 acre lots with custom homes. nice views and quiet, even though we are rural our streets are paved. Rathdrum has all kinds of restraunts that are open. grocery, gas, a quick care and all sorts of other businesses

Separate entrances to the suite, parking right out side the door. Private, nice walking streets un a vary safe neighborhood.
