BEACHFRONT avec Spa

Sur le front de plage. Vue sur l'océan à partir de presque toutes les piÚces. Les véhicules sont autorisés à conduire sur la plage, mais pas de VTT, Dieu merci! Internet haute vitesse, spa, cheminée, barbecue à gaz, un grand barbecue à bois, grande terrasse, un patio, d'une télévision dans chaque chambre et un salon, deux fauteuils, deux encarts, un roi, une reine, une double. Il ya 3 chambres. L'une est grande avec un lit king et un dépliant avec salle de bain complÚte ci-joint. Les deux autres ont une reine et un double. Ils sont trÚs petits et sont séparées par une paroi et une porte (non un couloir). Ceux dans le lit double ont un accÚs direct à une demi-bain. Ceux dans le lit queen peut accéder au privé la moitié de bain prÚs de la cuisine en faisant le tour de quelques pieds à l'extérieur. Il ya deux salles de bains et demi. Laveuse / sécheuse, stationnement hors rue pour trois véhicules de taille normale.

L'été est normalement dimanche au dimanche. Si une exception est faite, le tarif est de 425 $ par nuit.

Loved that the property was right on the beach. Just two steps down from the deck and you are on the beach. The house itself is nice. It has a large deck where you can watch the sunrise and sunset. Property is easy to get to and is right next to Slappy’s Chowder where you can get a milkshake in the afternoon and french toast fries in the morning. Highly recommend this place if you just want to getaway for a few days and do nothing but listen to the sound of the ocean.

The positive is that the view was great. But the windows were dirty. I went out and washed them down so we had a better view. It had a beach vibe, but it was overall dirty. It needs a professional cleaning. You are directly at the point where cars drive on to the beach. So there is a lot of traffic day and night. There were no dressers to unpack your clothes. We lived out of suitcases' for a week. The furniture is old and worn. Two of the bedrooms had little to no ventilation and no windows. I would not stay there again.

My adult boys and I had a wonderful 4 night stay at Nell's place. She was very communicative prior to the stay. The house was stocked with everything needed for the week. My boys particularly loved bbq'ing on the wood fired grill. We loved walking right out the back door to the sand and beach and fire pit.

The view and beach access was fantastic. I would recommend this for a group of friends or for kids. The house itself had a few things that needed work. The blinds were old and difficult to close/open. The TV is about to go out. The handle in the master bath is broken. The stove doesn’t automatically light (can light with a flame). You are right next to the public access to the beach and people walk right by your window and stand in front of the house especially at sunset. The price is obviously for the beach view and access which was really great. The porch is a great area to hosts friends and watch the sunset or in the morning . Can be a little loud if lots of cars going onto the beach as you are at the entry point to the beach for cars. If you have kids and want access to the beach it is really good. The property itself is not high end but is clean and “unique”. My 20 year old granddaughter loved it.

Picture ad obviously paint a better picture than actual. The place was dirty and there was some "stuff" not sure what it was but really gross, may have been dried up puke that was on one of the beds that made it impossible to sleep on. When i spoke with the property manager about it there was no response. I understand that Im just another renter, but its my only family vacation for us all year and its only 4 days. Other issues: everything in the place is older, there was rust in the freezer, bathtub was very dirty with black discoloring on a caulk. Every corner in the house had dust or dirt. Great view but the window were dirty. I'm sure I'm wrong but when you lose confidence in the cleanliness, you lose confidence in anything in the cabinets being out of date or dirty. The silverware when we looked close had black stuff on the forks. We tried to book another place the first night but everything in town was booked. Basically slept in sleeping beds and my son slept on the couch. Won't be staying there again. Sad, because the place, if properly taken care of, had the potential to be a great place,

Another Stay at Nell’s

I think this was our 5th time of renting this Beach house! We absolutely love it there. Our grandchildren are 8 and 5 now and enjoy the sand right outside of the deck. We have two Labrador Retrievers that have come with us every time. So we don’t have to leave any family members behind. The fire pit is also a family favorite. Some-mores just have to be made! We will come back again and again as long as Nell allows us to!!!

You want a place RIGHT on the beach where you can watch your kids play in the water while sipping wine on the deck then this is it! It is Very well equipped with all the necessities of home! Just bring sunscreen!! It may not be the latest modern architecture but you’ll love it! And did I say it’s dog friendly!!
