Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This property is perfectly situated close enough to everything within walking distance & just far enough away from the busyness of downtown. We celebrated my son’s 15th bday, I was comfortable with him walking around to explore safely. clean & safe with secure parking & locking gates. Would absolutely return!

There were five of us, so we used both beds and the pull out couch. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo, since we were out and about most of the time. Had we spent a lot of time there, it would have been a little tight for us. The location—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants was perfect. We had two cars, so parking for both vehicles was much appreciated. Very clean and beachy decor. Communication with the property owner was excellent. Neighbors and area are quiet after 10:00 PM. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay with my wife and two daughters. The apartment is very clean and we'll maintained. Easy walk to the pier and beach. There are tons of dining options within two blocks. I highly recommend this property and the owners who were very helpful.

Escaping the Valley Heat

superb! the location to the beach and restaurants is just a short easy walk. Host was quick to respond to any of our needs and questions. Comfortable beds and very clean. We will definitely stay here again for a family trip.

Exceptional condo/location

Impressive location and condo. Photos don’t do it justice. Modern, perfectly equipped, spotless, roomy enough for all to lounge, view of ocean from balcony and bedroom, comfy beds. 2 blocks to pier. Footsteps to shops and restaurants. Exceptional communication from friendly host who also gave me wonderful breakfast and coffee locations. We recommend Honeymoon Cafe for breakfast. Kulturehaus for microbrewery and yummy lunch. Great tidepooling areas within minutes’ drive. Will return!

Perfect Family Weekend Getaway

The Hosts were super efficient in communicating with picture how to check in. Once inside there were numerous laminated cards explaining all the amenities. The location could not have been more perfect. 2 blocks from everything - the beach, shopping, restaurants, fun, everything. We walked the 2 blocks to the beach faster than the cars could make it 1 block. As everyone was stressing over parking and traffic we walked 2 blocks and went everywhere. Plus the apartment was spacious with a family of 5. The gated building was very nice and has a well kept courtyard with nice mature plants. Overall very welcoming, clean and we loved it!!

A fun stay at Pismo with easy access to downtown!

Our family had a very nice stay at this spacious condo just steps away from all the Pismo hot spots, restaurants, and the beach/pier! In our down time we all put together a puzzle and did some coloring in a color book. This was a relaxing stay with all the amenities we'd want. The owner took pride in helping to make our stay comfortable and was responsive when we had a question. We hope to come again soon for another stay!

Great location and perfect stay for family of 4

We absolutely loved being just a 2 minute walk away (if even?) from the main strip of Pismo Beach. The space was perfect for our little family, with all the basic amenities you'd expect and full kitchen. The living/dining/kitchen area is all open concept so it was perfect for us to be together and keep an eye on our little ones. Tons of resturants and food options nearby made life so much easier for us to not have to cook for our entire vacation. We particularly loved the brewery that was 2 buildings away from this condo complex. ;) We felt super safe here and everything went smoothly. Elizabeth (the owner) was fantastic and easy to communicate with. Our only "con" was we found the bed in the master bedroom to be uncomfortable, so we actually opted to sleep on the pull out sofa instead after night 1. The pull out had a memory foam pad on it and was a bit better for us. Maybe we are just picky! Despite that we'd stay again and definitely hope we can do a repeat trip here in the future!

We've lived in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley for 35 years. It's a great place to live BUT it doesn't have a Beach :). We have owned this condo since 2016 and have upgraded it since our purchase. We love our building for it's proximity to the beach and restaurants but it's quiet peaceful atmosphere. The best of both worlds.

This is a relatively new building that is safe and secure with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and night life. It's an ideal get away location. Our unit is newly refurbished with everything you could want.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This condo has two permitted parking places. One gated, one outside the gate in a private lot. Easy Elevator access to the unit. Unit is on one level. Private and quiet but yet two blocks from Pismo Pier. The building itself is entirely gated adding an extra level of security.
