Convenient and close to campus

Easter Getaway

Enjoyed our stay, we wanted a place to bring my mom for Easter and this worked perfect. She hadn't been out of her place since Covid restrictions started and this allowed us a quiet home to visit with her, have lunch, take walks and just enjoy the day. The neighborhood was very peaceful and nice for a short getaway.

Great for checking out OU!

Perfect location for visiting campus! Quiet little neighborhood, but walking distance to OU. Lots of room for our party of five to spread out when we were home, too. The house was clean, comfortable, and a great base for us to explore Norman. Shannon was great- very easy to contact and super responsive. I fell in love with the area and will definitely be back!

The property was very cute, however there is a weird musty smell about the house. Need thicker blankets on beds, coverlets too thin.

Great for campus visit!

This property was perfect for our family of 6 on our visit for an OU graduation ceremony. The home is in a quiet neighborhood within minutes of campus. The beds were comfy, enough towels for all of us, and even stocked with coffee for the morning. I would stay here again to visit campus.

We rented this house during my son’s weekend visit to the OU campus. The property was exceptional...Very clean and well appointed. Beds were comfy. Shannon was a great host and very communicative. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting Norman and OU.

Campus tour

Great property! Being so close to campus made it easy for us to maximize our time touring the University. We could walk from the house to campus. Going to the house had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Would definitely recommend another stay!

Excellent long term stay!

My wife, two kids and I stayed here long term for 3 months. The location is great! Close to campus corner, Walmart, excellent restaurants and 10 minutes from the main freeway. The owners keep the property very neat and it is visible when you drive up to the house. The house is located in a safe neighborhood near OU campus. The house was a great size for us with plenty of extra seats for guests. The owners were great hosts and responded very quickly to our calls/texts. Shannon and his wife are great people and want their guests to be comfortable. Our experience in Norman was excellent and we wouldn’t think twice about staying here again! Highly recommended!

Thanksgiving Away From Home

This home was warm and welcoming and a great place for our family to spend time together with our son who is in college. Everything was extremely clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend this property for your stay in Norman.

Perfect Campus Retreat

I along with my daughter and her friend's and their families, truly enjoyed our time. The home was perfectly decorated, and provided all the amenities for entertaining. We hosted a wonderful dinner for my daughter and her friends who are attending OU. The house is conveniently located to everything on campus, and we will definitely return soon!

Katie has been a lifer in Norman and I moved here from Florida in 2000. We met in the athletic dorms at OU and the rest is history! We have two children, a boy Asher (6) and girl Campbell (20 months) that keep us on our toes. We have thoroughly enjoyed hosting and this year decided to expand our vision and invest in a second property to grow our hosting business. We live just a few miles away from this house and will be personally managing it ourselves rather than using a management company. We look forward to showing off the community that we are proud to call home.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We wanted to find a house that had charm and great proximity to campus and close to our home so we can easily be available or check on things as needed. When our children attend OU (which we hope will happen) this will be there house but in the mean time, we are choosing to host guest in a vacation rental over the traditional long term rentals. The layout is great for small groups or family's to be able to spread out without being too cramped and it's going to be difficult to top its proximity to campus.
