Belle maison de lac sur Sinclair avec 100 pieds de rivage. Vous pouvez trouver une maison de vacances moins chère, mais nous ne pensons pas que vous en trouverez une meilleure. Trois niveaux pour des tonnes d'espace de divertissement. Construit sur mesure avec des plafonds voûtés, une suite parentale sur la pièce principale, une grande salle, une salle à manger et une cuisine à aire ouverte. Le rez-de-chaussée et l'espace extérieur sont accessibles en fauteuil roulant. Porche surdimensionné au bord du lac pour les repas en plein air. Deux chambres d'hôtes à l'étage avec bain, une chambre avec bain au niveau terrasse avec salle de jeux, salle multimédia et grand bar pour se divertir. Maison de bateau double avec un quai max et pont de maison de bateau. Grande cour ouverte au bord du lac pour le plaisir et les jeux. Grande allée en béton. Près de Goat Island. Détendez-vous tout en dégustant un repas au grill. Il y a un quai de taille maximale sur la «grande eau» pour pratiquer la pêche, le kayak, le canoë, le canotage et la natation. Les règles de la maison incluent AUCUNE BOISSON MINEURE, aucune drogue ou activité illégale, respectent les voisins et ne violent aucune ordonnance sur le bruit ou les lois locales. N'oubliez pas que le son traverse le lac. Pas de musique forte ou de bruit excessif à l'extérieur après 22h00. Si vous utilisez le quai ou les environs, ne touchez pas les bateaux ou les ascenseurs à bateaux. En utilisant la zone du quai, les clients reconnaissent qu'ils sont responsables de leur propre sécurité et que les propriétaires n'assument aucune responsabilité pour la sécurité des personnes sur le quai. Les frais de nettoyage correspondent à un temps de nettoyage normal de 2 femmes de chambre pendant 4 heures. Le nettoyage supplémentaire sera facturé à 50 $ par heure. Si l'horaire le permet, si les clients peuvent faire passer les serviettes de maison dans la laveuse et la sécheuse avant le départ, il serait grandement apprécié

Perfect Peaceful Retreat

The Lake house was perfect for our family reunion. We had so much space and lots of indoor and outdoor activities. The ramp and ADA handles on the main level were perfect for the grandparents.

Senior trip

The house is even better than the photos. Tons of room to spread out and enjoy the lake. The kitchen was stocked with all you need for a big group. The deck on the top of the dock was a big hit especially for sunsets. We will absolutely be back for a family reunion.

Great Home for Big Family!

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this home which is in a great location on the lake. There was 17 in our family. So much room to spread out! Beds were very comfortable! Great dock for our two boats and jet ski. Host was very receptive even though we didn’t need anything while there. My son did leave his iPad when we left, but the host went out of her way to get it back to us! The only thing I’d be concerned about if renting again is the number of stairs we were constantly going up and down! Hard on us who are ageing!

Great House

House has it all and is well equipped. No fault of the house but pack accordingly b/c the closest grocery store is about 30 minutes away. Will definitely continue to stay here in the future as well.

Beautiful Home in the Middle of Nowhere

We had a good time staying here. The house was setup perfect for our group of 3 families. Unfortunately, the weather was horrible for the entire trip so we were not able to get outside much. I would warn anyone considering this property to be aware that it is about 40 minutes from the nearest grocery store although there is a gas station fairly close. It is remote and the surrounding homes are no where near as nice as this house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the owner was easy to work with.

Perfect!

This was the second time we rented this house and it was even better than last year. The house comfortably holds all 18 of our family members, 8 adults and 10 grandkids. In last years review I mentioned my only criticism was lack of refrigerator space for so many people. This year we were pleasantly surprised to see a new larger fridge and even better when owner messaged me and told me there was a full size fridge on the deck right by the grill! So excited! The people who own this house have thought of everything and stay on top of things and that makes this a wonderful experience for our whole family. So many great memories made! We wouldn’t add or change anything. Our evening kickball games on the properties incline is an added plus and definitely a memory maker! Our whole family loves this house and we have already reserved our week for next summer.🥰

3 of the ac units did not work and we were notified that a few hours after check in. We stayed for 9 days, and it was finally fixed on the afternoon of the last day. Roaches on the property coming out of the vents and sinks. Pest control came and said he this was a problem with this home, due to a water leak. Dining room furniture was loose and not comfortable to sit in and outside furniture was in need of repair. The upper deck was shaky and seemed unsafe so we didn't use. The downstairs amenities were useless as that's where 2 of the ac units didn't work, so no bar area and no movie room! The other ac unit that didn't work was in the living room, for a JUNE rental... The dining room ac began to leakl the 2nd day of our trip so we had to put a pan under it so as not to ruin the flooring, and on the last day it was pouring out all over, so we had to turn that ac off as well. We spent over 6,000 for this trip and the host has agreed to refund only 500. It could be a really nice rental if it was kept up and all things worked as they should. And since there is a known bug problem, it probably should be serviced by pest control before guests arrive, not after we arrive and then call. It was embarrassing to say the least to have our entire family come on this trip only to have these problems.

Relaxing Week

My family had another outstanding thanksgiving vacation at the cabin. There is plenty of space for all of us. Very clean and lots of things for the kids to entertain themselves with. We had a great and relaxing time.

We used the property for a lady’s retreat for our church. It was easy to reserve, easy to find and met all of our needs. Our representative, Jenny was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Hoping for a return visit next year.

Quiet, peaceful weekend.

This a beautiful, secluded location. The house is nicely decorated and furnished with several great places to enjoy the outdoors. The only drawbacks are having to haul trash away and some confusion over the wifi.

Wonderful getaway for families

We had 5 families on this trip with kids aged from 3 all the way to 14 and they all had a blast! The house, area and views are absolutely beautiful. Dock is a great size for both fishing and swimming and the shallow area by the wall was great for the littles to play in the water. This was one of the best stocked houses we have stayed in from the kitchen to the grill area and they even had kayaks and a paddle boat!

A great remote vacation spot.

We had a large group of adults (15) stay at this property, and we had an absolute blast. The house was spacious with plenty of nice common areas, great sleeping arrangements, and the perfect dock for swimming and outdoor fun. The only drawback is that there is no garbage pick-up, but it's only a ten minute drive from the house to the landfill. So it's no worries. All in all, would absolutely recommend this house to any large groups looking for a remote vacation on the lake!

Great experience

We rented this property as a family reunion event. Everyone from the grandparents to the youngest child (7) loved the property. It’s big enough for everyone to still have their privacy but still accommodating to big family dinners inside or outside. Week long fishing and swimming off the dock was a blast. We also rented a recreational boat from Sinclair Marine for the week to top it off with tubing, swimming, and cruising. Highly recommend getting a boat to see the size of this lake and really appreciate the opportunity this property provides!

This was our annual trip to Sinclair and we all agreed this one was the absolute best! The home was beautiful and so roomy! It was amazing how much the home offered in conveniences! The pedal boat and kayaks were definitely used daily! Great responsive host too! We’re coming back next year!

Fun times!!

The perfect spot for our large family and friends to hang out, enjoy the view, grill, tube, fish... Be sure to either rent a boat or take your own along with a tube/knee board!! So much fun was had and so many memories made.

Best Sunset on Lake Sinclair

Everything was just lovely, great spot on a very quiet lake, great amenities, only wish we had a boat, we drove to lake Oconee to use our boat club, that too was very nice. No complaints, trash was a bit of a pain, having to drive to the dump was not great and trash piles up quick with a crowd. A kitchen disposal would have been nice as well, but a very minor inconvenience Host was very quick to respond! Thank you for a great time!
