BEWARE! Disappointing experience. Would not stay again.The check in and check out process is unnecessarily inconvenient. You must pick up and return a physical key at the management office, about 20 minutes from the cabin. We stopped at 2:20 PM, but they initially refused to give us the key because check in was at 4:00 PM, even after we assured them we would not enter early. They expected us to make another trip back for the key. After being assertive, they finally gave it to us.The cabin itself is tired and dated, with no guest access to a washer or dryer. It also has a metal roof surrounded by oak trees. Acorns fell on the roof throughout the day and night and were extremely loud, making restful sleep difficult.We followed the checkout checklist and left the cabin exceptionally clean. We removed the comforters but apparently missed removing the sheets from one bedroom. Management sent us a photo and charged us an additional 25 for this alone. We found this unreasonable given that every other checkout requirement was completed.Between the inconvenient process, dated property, roof noise, and difficult management experience, we would not stay here again or rent another property managed by this company.

The host was great. Had to call maintenance out for hot tub. TV in upstairs twin bedroom didnt work. Otherwise family time was great

Nice cabin. Very clean and comfortable. Deck furniture and grill could use some upkeep. Old style key entry was inconvenient to pick up and drop off the key. The house is appx 20 minutes north of property management office.

Surprise place

We had a very nice time. We should have stayed at least one more day. The check in time is late enough that by the time you are settled in it is time for dinner and the late afternoon and being are gone. The check out time is reasonable. My only quibble would be empting the dishwasher. Over all it was very nice and I would come back. Thanks

Girls weekend getaway

The cabin was exactly as advertised - private, lovely views, and lots of room to gather and visit. We wish we'd have had another day just to hang out on the lovely wraparound porch, have a fire in the pit, and maybe indulge in a hot tub session. Only item that could maybe be improved is the first floor bedroom closet needs a door. The LED panel from the water heater in there is quite bright when active, and the sleepers in there had to find a way to block it to have a dark place to sleep (which they did and it wasn't hard).

The Perfect Birthday Getaway

We decided to take a trip to celebrate my birthday and just get out of town and spend a nice weekend together. The rental process was smooth and even after I accidentally booked for the wrong weekend initially (oops!) management was able to fix this for me right away. The cabin itself was perfect! It was very clean and comfortable. Despite the cold and snowy weather, we took advantage of the beautiful porch and watched the sun rise while enjoying our morning coffee. We also loved the fire place and hot tub. Because we did not go out (in order to avoid crowds of people), we spent our time enjoying the hot tub and relaxing by the fire, watching movies, and playing games. The cabin had everything we needed. We will definitely be back in the summer!

Beautiful, clean cabin that had everything we needed. Beautiful setting.

All went according to plan except listing showed 5000 Three Notch Rd and it was 5033, which did not come up on GPS for us to locate.

Long weekend getaway!

We loved our stay at the cabin! We were within reasonable driving distance of nearby attractions (downtown Nashville, kayaking, etc.), but appreciated the feeling that we were a bit “off the grid” and away from the main touristy area. The property was very clean and well maintained - we look forward to visiting again!
