Deux chambres (deux lits doubles, avec un lit simple supplémentaire dans le salon) Appartement mitoyen victorien dans une rue calme, meublé à un niveau élevé avec une maison chic de finitions maison. Très proche du parc des expositions Kensington Olympia, du méga centre commercial Westfield et de High Street Kensington. (Disponible pour des LETS PLUS LONGS)

Célèbre gastropub Havelock Tavern à proximité. Heathrow à seulement 25 minutes. La ligne de métro Central et Piccadilly offre un accès facile à tout. Internet wifi gratuit disponible.

Cet appartement spacieux dispose d'un grand salon et d'un coin cuisine. Il y a une cuisine moderne bien équipée avec réfrigérateur, congélateur, lave-vaisselle, four et plaque de cuisson, et un équipement de cuisine complet.

Netherwood Road dispose de deux chambres doubles bien proportionnées, avec l'avantage d'un lit Aero supplémentaire dans le salon. Il y a une salle de bain récemment rénovée avec du carrelage en travertin et une baignoire et une douche modernes, et beaucoup d'eau chaude. Les serviettes et le linge de lit sont fournis.

Il y a une télévision à écran large dans le salon avec toutes les chaînes TNT et DVD. Il y a aussi un accès haut débit Wi-Fi. La propriété est nettoyée avant et après votre arrivée et Ana la femme de ménage est disponible pour un nettoyage supplémentaire si nécessaire, et il y a aussi une machine à laver disponible. Il y a un accès par interphone de sécurité depuis la rue ci-dessous.

Il y a une variété de magasins et de pubs locaux autour de Brook Green, et aussi à quelques minutes à pied / en taxi de High Street Kensington, vous trouverez un large éventail de restaurants de classe mondiale et de grands magasins. Le nouveau méga-centre commercial de Westfield (le plus grand d'Europe) avec ses vastes installations de vente au détail, de restauration, de loisirs et de transport est également facilement accessible à pied.

Photos appear quite dated and do not reflect current state of the flat and whilst listing says it’s recently renovated it would appear that the renovation was some years ago. There is a steep flight of stairs to access the flat, shower head needs maintenance as it kept falling off the bracket and there is no extraction fan in the bathroom.

Apartment in Kensington Olympia was perfect for our needs! Close to underground station. We used to walk to Shepherd's Bush station. It took approximately 10 min. Tesco grocery story also close by. We did two grocery store runs during our 1 week stay. Bed was very comfortable and apartment nice and clean. We appreciate all the small touches to make our stay so nice. Chocolates waiting for us, bread/milk/butter in the fridge. Tima was very responsive when we contacted her. It was also very convenient to be able to cook meals (mainly breakfast and dinner), and to do laundry.

Monthlong Stay on Netherwood

I booked the entire month of October at the Netherwood apartment. My purpose in London was to finish my book, and have a home base from which to enjoy all London has to offer. The apartment is as pictured --bright, sunny, comfortable and quiet. I loved getting up every morning and working in the well-lit lr/dr area. The beds are terrific, including the feather pillows. The apartment is close to Shepherds Bush Tube stop (10 min. walk or by local bus) and Hammersmith transportation hub (buses, tube). The Richmond Pub on the corner was welcoming and a nice place for a glass of wine. (I was solo and I felt very comfortable.) There are affordable neighborhood restaurants closeby (5 min. walk) and Sainsbury's and cash machine (5 min. walk). The Westfield Mall is a 15-20 walk or 5 min. bus ride. I met the owner and she stayed in contact throughout the month. If I return to London next Spring/Summer, I will certainly explore Netherwood as a possible place to stay.

Appartement très sympa tout de couleur blanche. Très fonctionnel. Il y a même un lave-vaisselle et un lève-linge. Chambres confortables bien que petites. Les lits sont un peu etroit. Salle de bain tout de Pierre blanche. L'ambiance de l'appartement serait encore plus sympa si on retirait tous les tapis (véritable attrape poussière). Situation hyper pratique entre 3 stations de métro. Beaucoup de chouettes restos aux alentours.

Para lo que buscabamos, el departamento y la ubicacion estuvieron perfectos. La estadía fue muy agradable, muchas opciones de tiendas, supermercados y bares/restaurantes. La estacion de metro y paradas de buses tan cercanas hacen toda la diferencia y, la comunicacion con los anfitriones fue impecable. Al departamento quizas le falta un poco de mantenimiento, varias cosas muy usadas o manchadas y, para estancias largas como la nuestra, falto algo de equipamiento que tuvimos que conseguir, pero el anfitrion estuvo siempre atento, cuando hemos necesitado ayuda lo redolvio super rapido y muy amable siempre. Lo recomendamos y volveriamos.

Wonderful flat in a quaint neighborhood. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and comfy beds.

Tima was incredible to work with! She went above and beyond getting us ready for our trip across the pond. The flat was the perfect place to come back to after a day exploring London. Several tube stations a short walk (10 min) from the flat. The beds were really comfortable and the building no was quiet. We will definitely be coming back!

Great stay in Shepherds Bush

My stay at this apartment has been great. The property is located a 8 min walk from the Central line which easily connects to the main attractions of the city (Oxford Circus, Hyde Park) and is a 20 min walk from lovely Holland Park. The property has nice and new furniture and I found it perfectly cleaned at my arrival. Whenever I had a problem, the owner was prompt and fast in addressing my questions and providing solutions. I can only recommend to stay in this apartment!

Wonderful

We had a fantastic time in London. This flat was in a perfect location, close to 3 different tube stations to walk to, and a bus stop very close if you don’t feel like walking. Tima was a great hostess. We had a couple of issues, one with the lock and another with the kitchen sink leaking. She answered back right away and sent a repair man to come within an hour who fixed the problems. The neighbors were friendly and we felt safe. The flat was very clean and bright. The beds were comfortable. I stayed for a month and wish I could have lived here. There is so much to see in London and this was great place to start out to explore from. I would highly recommend this flat to friends and family and would definitely stay here again if I’m lucky enough to return to London Thank you Tima, for a wonderful experience.

What a great place and a great stay we had. All the helpful notes about the area and hints for a great vacation were spot on. The flat was quiet and clean and we received immediate attention to a self inflicted problem. We will definitely stay here again when we return!

Well located, comfortable place to stay

We were 3 adults and a child staying over the Christmas period and absolutely loved our time in this apartment. Everything has been thought of (lovely soap and shampoos, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, glad wrap, alfoil, various teas and herbal infusions) that our stay really was like a home away from home. When we arrived, the heating wasn't working, but the owner came straight away and booked a plumber to sort the problem out quick smart. Location was great as it's not far from public transport options and a huge shopping centre if you need to pick up anything. Lots of food options nearby, even when arriving late. Communication was great and lots of information about the surrounding area. Will stay here the next time we are in London!

Best Place to Stay

This was our first trip to London with our family of 4. The elegant apartment in Kingsington was the perfect place to stay. Close enough to all the attractions yet in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants out of the touristy areas. Our hosts were amazing. The apartment was clean, modern in decor and had everything a family or couple would need for a perfect stay. We recommend this apartment highly as well as the hosts. You can't go wrong with the elegant flat in Kensington.

Convenient place in a nice neighborhood

Small, clean apartment in a nice neighborhood near Shepard's Bush Underground and Westfield London Mall. Lots of good restaurants inside and outside the Mall. Plenty of room for the two of us in our group. I loved the espresso machine and made myself a latte every morning. The laundry is a combination washer/dryer. Ask for instructions. I never did figure it out.

A good location convenient to tube stations and grocery shopping. We eat in so can't speak for the many restaurants in the area. Everything was clean and in good working order. We had a bit of trouble on arrival day as the email with our detailed late afternoon flight info was not acknowledged and confusion about phone numbers had us playing phone tag while waiting outside the flat.

4 Star's for this rental - easy access to most sites

We stayed for four nights in The Kensington Apartment and found it comfortable with easy access with public transit into central London. It was also just a short walk to the huge "Westfield Mall" for all you shop to you drop people.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We always loved the fact Brook Green and Olympia have very cosy 'village' feels whilst still being in the heart of central London and with easy access to the rest of the city. There are two parks on our doorstep, Holland and Hyde parks, glorious in summer. You can walk to the heart of Kensington in 10 mins - so its very well positioned. It is fabulous for pubs and restaurants, very handy for tubes and trains ... and very easy for exiting London on the M4 or M40 motorways.
