The owner was very responsive to all my questions. The property suited the 4 of us perfectly, with everyone having their own room. We found the HVAC system a little challenging but that could have just been us. There was a large area of bacon grease on the floor by the stove, and there was no bottle opener, but otherwise the house was clean and well-stocked. Would stay there again for sure!

Check-in was incredibly easy, and the hosts were wonderful communicators. I was able to text with questions both before and during our trip and always received a response right away, which made everything so easy.The location and amenities were great for our family. The pickleball courts and pools were just a short, easy walk away, and my kids especially loved spending time at the pool.There were just a couple of minor things worth mentioning. The carpet had a few dirty spots when we arrived that looked like a previous guest may have tracked water through the unit. I mentioned it to the hosts, and how quickly and professionally they responded.The beds were spacious and nicely made, although the mattresses were a little softer than I personally prefer. I tend to like a firmer mattress, so that is definitely a matter of personal preference.Overall, these were very minor issues and didn’t take away from our experience. We really enjoyed our stay, appreciated the excellent communication from the hosts, and had a wonderful time as a family. We would happily stay here again!

The home, pool, playground and location were great. The management was NOT great. They supplied only one white and one black makeup washcloth per bathroom. NOT per person. They tried to charge us for a crib and high chair even though the description stated they were included. We had cancel a cousin movie night and sleepover in the bunk room because the management would not give us the access codes to download/use the TV apps that were supposed to be available on all TVs according to the description. Very unimpressed with the management.

Found Wanting

The townhome was in a nice location and fairly new. Appliances were in working order. Kitchen equipment was sparse when more than one person was prepping meals. Home was in need of a thorough deep cleaning and routine maintenance to repair water damage, electrical outlets, light bulb outages. There were numerous visible stains on furniture, carpets, walls, and ceilings. Exhaust fans were grimy. Bedcovers we’re in need of deep cleaning. Cockroaches were found in the home. There was little room to move around in bedrooms and no place to store clothing. No room to stow suitcases in rooms. We don’t plan to rent this unit again.

Everything was nice! The house was fully equipped with everything we needed from towels, kitchenware, and laundry stuff. We definitely found our new spot to stay whenever we come to St. George

Perfect condo for our family gathering!

We met our kids and their spouses for a long weekend and the condo was just the right size and had all the amenities we needed for a fun stay. The rooms were large and comfortable so all of us could gather around the table or get a little quite time in a private room. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and had all the utensils we needed; even a large soup pot. We enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi area almost daily with our 7 and 3 year old grandkids. The tick-tack-toe board was a big hit with the littles! We really hated to leave so this condo is a new family favorite in St. George.
