Estancia is a full service condominium resort occupied by part time, full time and vacation rental residents from all over the globe. It has multiple buildings that surround the interior where the spacious pool and on-site games are including pickleball and sport court. Bask in the sun, cool off in the pool, relax in the hot tub and get a good night's sleep because I promise you, tomorrow will be even MORE FUN than today!!

Perfect location

This has everything you need. Pool, hot tub, playground for small children, pickleball courts, basketball court, and across the street from Mtn Bikimg. The accommodations are top notch. Super clean and very comfortable. Owner reapomded quickly and we would definitely stay here again. This was our second time staying. Thanks Bob!

This resort condo is wonderful!

I almost don't want to say how nice our stay was, and just keep it a secret! We come to St George a couple times a year and this is by far one of the best places we have stayed. We loved the floor level access, the well cared for pool - literally right outside the door, the ample parking, the fully stocked kitchen. Our daughter accidentally left her rings on the bed, the owner made sure they were mailed to us right away! Bob was so responsive and helpful. Definitely booking here again!

Beautiful stay

We enjoyed our 5 day stay. We had searched for a place that could host our family with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, because my MIL came with us. This was a perfect place. Everything was great except for a little snafu with check in- we unfortunately didn't receive our check in code and we arrived very late (11pm) so it was a little difficult to get a hold of anyone but fortunately we finally did around midnight. Neither one knows what happened but we got it in and the communication the rest of the time was perfect. We enjoy our stay- it is a great location to take day trips to either State Parks or National Parks

I would definitely stay here again. We came out for dance. We rented this for wheelchair accessibility for my brother. He was unable to come , I invited my niece and nephew and their 6 month old baby. This place was looked new, it was clean and had everything we needed including a high chair for her baby. In my 4 kids room they had double bunk beds and in there they had a nintendo game set up that was good for the kids. Right out back was the swingset I could keep an eye on my kids and the pool is within steps. Only complaint is the pool could have been a little warmer. This would have been a good place for my brother if he would have came.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The condo was not cleaned at all upon arrival. We arrived 30 minutes after the check-in time. We had been driving all day and were looking forward to some rest. When we entered the condo it had not been touched by the cleaners: Piles of dirty towels, unmade beds, dirty sinks, floors, countertops. We did not get a response for 1 1/2 hours so we requested a cancellation. The one positive thing was that the owner did agree to cancel and refund our money. Very disappointed.

Cozy and comfortable

This place was perfect for my family, unexpectedly comfortable and homey. There were moments were I would forget we were there for our kids soccer tournament. The place had everything we needed and very clean. It looks small on the outside but very spacious on the inside.

Property is well kept, clean and easily accessible to various sites. We stayed here for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships. The condo was 5 miles from the Ironman Village.

Top Notch!

Let me start off by saying that the owner was a blessing! This condo met every expectation for our families needs. The space was beautiful and offered everything we needed to keep entertained. The rooms were spacious and clean with a family size dinning and living area for us to gather. We left an important item behind and the owner mailed it to us right away. I cannot be more grateful to him for his hospitality and help. The owner and condo were top notch. You will not be disappointed staying here.

Beautiful!

We had a great experience in this home. Very clean, property manager was excellent and so on top of it with every need, and the location can’t be matched. Walk out the door to the pool and enjoy!! Will for sure stay here again.

Prior to being a Realtor in southern Utah, I was in the hotel / hospitality industry in SLC. I worked for many years and thoroughly enjoyed my jobs. I was a Host to many national and world dignitaries, government and LDS Church officials. My thinking in business has always been "one up." My hope is I can provide the service to those who book this condominium to stay and I maintain the high level of customer service I was blessed with in the hospitality industry. I do my very best to follow up with each guests need and make myself as available as possible. I live here locally and am only a couple of miles away from the condominium in case needs arise.

This is a resort feel with other short and long term condo's and townhomes for rent. 200 yards away, you have endless miles to mountain bike, ATV, Razor and in fact can end up in Mesquite Nevada through 2 different trails. There's mountain climbing in the distance, petroglyphs to see just miles into your journey and amazing views.
