Although this review was posted several years ago, I wanted to respond for the benefit of future guests who may read it. I respect that every guest is entitled to their own opinion, but I also feel it is important to provide some context, as much of this review does not accurately reflect our experience. At the time of this stay, there were a few planned property improvements underway. The deck has since been completely rebuilt, and those upgrades were completed years ago. Any construction activity mentioned was temporary and has long since been resolved. Our property is located in a peaceful rural lakeside setting where food delivery services were not available at the time. Had this been asked before arrival, I would have gladly explained that and recommended nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and takeout options. Regarding our interactions, I visited briefly to collect payment for the boat tour, as previously arranged by the guest. During that visit, I engaged in what I believed was friendly conversation and simply asked how they were enjoying their stay and what they planned to do while visiting the area. My intention has always been to make guests feel welcome, never to intrude or make anyone uncomfortable. I am genuinely sorry if my friendliness was perceived differently. For anyone considering a stay, I take great pride in providing a clean, welcoming, and relaxing waterfront retreat. Over the years, I have continued investing in the property, making numerous improvements while always striving to offer exceptional hospitality. I am grateful for the many wonderful guests who have enjoyed their time here, and I appreciate all constructive feedback that helps make every stay even better.

Thank you Francine for staying with us at Q Estate. It was a pleasure hosting you. The property is getting upgrades with time, it’s a working progress. The pool is set at 80F which is recommended due to the heat from the out doors when you walk into the pool area you may feel it cooler however the pool is set at the recommended comfortable temperature.

Thank you for your review and we had one dock that was open to access the lake which was a 2 min. Walk from the unit and due to the pandemic we were unable to have the other dock ready. Hopefully the closer dock will be up and running once the pandemic is over and on your next visit.
