Cet appartement magnifiquement rénové est situé dans un quartier calme à quelques minutes de la station et de la ville. Profitez de vues fantastiques sur les pistes de ski, d'un accès facile au réseau de sentiers qui mène directement à la ville et de la paix et de la tranquillité qui accompagnent le fait d'être niché dans une forêt de trembles. Installez-vous confortablement près de la cuisinière à gaz après une journée de plaisir dans la neige ou pendant les mois chauds, détendez-vous sur le balcon après une journée de randonnée et de vélo. L'appartement est bien aménagé avec une cuisine complète et peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes dans les deux chambres. Les propriétaires, Matthew et Carri, vivent dans la partie avant de la maison et sont sur place si vous avez des questions ou besoin de recommandations. Everything about our stay was great! It’s the easiest check-in and check-out we’ve ever had. It was incredibly clean; it puts your mind at ease right when you get there. Location was great to get quickly to downtown and I’m sure many other places we didn’t have time to check out. You can take a trail down the hill from their home to get to the Old Town Hot Springs and downtown, but we didn’t try that with our 10 year olds. Carri was very responsive to any questions we had and both her and Matthew made us feel very welcome. They have the sweetest dog, Rocket, that was a highlight for our kids. Such a relaxing stay, thank you!

Carrie’s property is perfect! We loved the location, the home is great and very clean, and everything was easy. Carrie (and rocket, the best welcome dog of all time) was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!

Beautiful place, great location

The property is beautiful, nestled in trees in an established neighborhood. The location was very convenient - minutes from the town hot springs and Fish Creek Falls. Home had everything we needed to make meals and be comfortable.

Loved This Property

Stayed here in September 2023 and loved the property. Sitting on the patios and watching the Quacking Aspens was mesmerizing. Fish Creek Falls is just up the street and is a must to see. Be sure to try the Salt & Lime restaurant in town.

Wonderful stay with Carri

Our stay at Carri's place was perfect! It was only a short 10 minute drive from the slopes and a 5 minute drive from downtown Steamboat making it the perfect location. Carri was helpful in answering questions and available if we needed anything. The place was clean and well stocked with the essentials.

Cozy, Clean and Great Experience

One of the best short term rentals I’ve stayed in. Place was very clean, great location, nicely renovated and the hosts are very kind and responsive to any needs. They were also out early in the morning shoveling and snow blowing after a snow storm. Very impressed and would definitely stay again whenever I’m in Steamboat.

Perfect place for a family!

We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at this condo. It was a perfect size for a family of four. We cooked together, enjoyed puzzles and curling up in front of the fire on a cold weekend. Near enough to skiing to be convenient. We parked in the free lot and took the shuttle. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

What a wonderful short 2 night stay . The apartment was perfect for our needs..close to food in town and close to gravel and mtn biking.. the hosts were terrific helping us get familiar with the area .. their recommendations were spot on!! We are already talking abt coming back

Great Apartment for a family

I stayed here with my husband, toddler, and baby. It was the perfect size for us. The room with the queen has enough room for a pack n play. They was a little space outside that our 3 year old could play trucks. It was very clean and well stocked.

Great stay for family of 4!

We loved this property! We have family close but all decided best to have our own space nearby. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and a couple space heaters for the bedrooms for added comfort (we’re from warm weather so we appreciated this). The kitchen was well stocked and there were a couple different options for coffee in the morning. Living room was cozy with a TV, fireplace, couch and chairs. We enjoyed the walking trails that connected directly behind the house and it was a quick drive to Fish Creek Falls and downtown Steamboat.

Perfect tree house

This was just right for our weekend trip. Cute, clean, great location close to town and a gorgeous waterfall. There’s a really nice amount of space. We’ve stayed in a number of converted garages and found them lacking in space with really small bathrooms. Not this one! Beds were very comfy. Deck off of the master was very serene. We enjoyed the peaceful view and birdsong in the morning and amazing star cover at night. We would definitely recommend this lovely place.

We are Matt and Carri. We own the house and live in the front half. Carri is a nurse at the local hospital and Matt is a ski instructor at the resort. We have 2 kids and have been living in Steamboat for a little less than a year. Matt recently retired from the Air Force and we were so excited to finally be able to settle down here! We think this is the best mountain town in Colorado and can’t wait to meet our visitors and share this amazing place!
