Magnifique logement de 51 mètres carrés situé dans le 11ème arrondissement de Paris. Il est localisé au 6ème étage et dernier étage d'un immeuble Haussmanien sans ascenseur.
Le logement est composé d'un vaste séjour, d'1 chambre, 1 salle de bain et peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Il est idéalement placé dans une rue calme à proximité de la célèbre PLACE de la RÉPUBLIQUE et du quartier OBERKAMPF. Vous y trouverez de nombreux restaurants, bars, galeries et cafés. Bon séjour !

Le logement est tout équipé et conviendra parfaitement à un séjour touristique ou professionnel à Paris. Il sera très apprécié pour sa proximité avec les lieux préférés des habitants du quartier. N’hésitez pas à me demander des bonnes adresses :)
Le logement possède 2 couchages de types suivant : 1 lit double dans la chambre, 1 canapé-lit matelas Bultex dans le salon.
Il est en général très apprécié des voyageurs pour sa vue, l'accès à ses trois balcons, sa luminosité, ses volumes et à son cachet.
Le logement possède 3 balcons végétalisés (2 dans le sejour, 1 dans la chambre) qui seront très appréciés en belle saison !

Situé au croisement du 3ème, 10ème et 11ème arrondissement, le quartier est très agréable par la multitude d'activités que l'on peut y trouver. Très vivant grâce à ses restaurants variés et pour tous les budgets, les petits commerces et boutiques indépendantes.
Le quartier Bastille est également facilement accessible via une promenade sur le boulevard Richard Lenoir.

From pre arrival to last day the owner was friendly and helpful.The apartment is so lovely and lots of little touches and extras that made it extra special. But the view from the apartment is unbeatable. We absolutely loved sitting on balcony, even in November soaking in the view.Secure parking a bonus. Perfectly located. Absolutely loved it.

Lauren provided excellent details on how to access the car park and property ahead of arrival. The apartment was excellent too - clean and comfortable and had everything you need for home from home living. Westward Ho! is a charming destination with good restaurants and a lovely beach. We will return for another holiday next year.

We had such a lovely stay at this apartment in Westward Ho! The views were absolutely gorgeous — waking up to them each morning was a real highlight of our trip. The place itself was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break.Lauren our host, was so welcoming and friendly, which made us feel right at home straight away. It really added to the whole experience knowing we were being looked after by someone who genuinely cares about their guests.We’d definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Westward Ho! and we would love to come back ! We stayed at Headlands for a week and had an amazing time! The apartment was well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, spotlessly clean and well positioned within Westward Ho! The views from the apartment were stunning!! We travelled as a family of four with two adult children so the two bathrooms were ideal and there was ample space for all of us. The host Lauren was very helpful, great communication and easy check-in/out. We were all sad to leave but will definitely rebook for next year. Highly recommended.

The higher up you go the more panoramic the views get, so the 4th floor is excellent. And the position of the apartment means the large balcony gets plenty of evening sun in the summer (many of the apartments don't). This apartment has Fast Fibre WiFi and Sky TV. Plus luxury touches like the Bang & Olufsen bluetooth speaker to enjoy your music.

The views from this apartment have to be seen to be believed and they are amazing at all times of the year and in all weathers.
