Moins de 5 minutes en voiture de Dreamspark et 10 minutes en voiture de la rue principale Cooperstown (5. 7 miles). La maison se trouve sur 5 hectares boisés avec de belles vues de tous les côtés. Le pont avant est parfait pour profiter du soleil du matin / de l'après-midi, manger et griller. Il y a un foyer avec du bois de chauffage complémentaire sur le site. A great please for our family to stay, close enough to all the activities but far enough away to enough the peace and quiet. Great place to stay! Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Stayed here while attending games of grandson at Dreams Park. House was very convenient to the fields but owner needs to do some upkeep esp for the rental cost . Kitchen - 1. Opening above door allows bugs in2. Kitchen table has a table cloth on it only to hide the gross glued protection(?!)underneath. Really gross & unsanitary 3. 2 of the wooden chairs in the kitchen were wobbly & unsafe to sit on4. Bucket under sink catching a dripping pipe. It almost overflowed before we discovered itLiving room -1. Needs new sofas . Way too soft to be comfortable to sit on . & very “used” looking 2. Need better instructions on how to use the tv/firestick3. Update furniture & lack of “decor”. Would not cost much to give the decor a baseball or more country look vs the hodgepodge that is there now . Main bathroom -1. Open drain hole in shower - no drain cover - very dangerous Upstairs - 1. Blind fell - we were unable to hook it back up2. Skylights over the twin beds upstairs let the morning sunlight shine brightly waking up the tired sleepers 3. No dressers upstairs or place to hang any clothes Outside - 1. Needs a good powerwashing. Bugs & cobwebs everywhere.2. 2 of the outdoor chairs on deck were badly torn & unsafe to sit in The home served our purpose while attending games . Located on a quiet wooded area & very convenient to Dreams Park . Be sure to allow 6 nights for your stay . There was some confusion on that with our reservation

This was our second time here and we would go back again! The house is exactly as advertised, has everything you forget when your at a home away from home, always was clean with clean linens and towels, and one of the best rentals we've been to! This homeowner truly welcomes you and makes your stay easy and comfortable! It also has the most amazing sunrises to enjoy if you are a morning person!

Close to Cooperstown Dreams Park

We had a wonderful stay in this home. It felt more like a quaint cabin which gives it a nice cozy feel. Only 7 mins from the Park which made it super convenient for our trip. We had everything we needed and would stay here again if ever in the area.

Comfortable stay close to CDP

Well equipped house suitable for family with kids and with excellent location close to Cooperstown Dreams Park. This made for easy access to get to the games and was close to local attractions as well.

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay! We were there while my son played at Cooperstown. This house in the woods was so peaceful, clean and had everything and anything you could need. I really enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning and in the evening. It was also very close to Cooperstown Dreams Park which came in handy during the numerous rain delays we had during the week we were there. This was my first time ever renting on VRBO and the booking process as well as the check in and check out was so easy.

Father/Son Cooperstown Trip

My son and I make annual trips to Cooperstown for the Hall of Fame Induction. This was a great house and location. Highly recommend for any family staying in Cooperstown. It had everything we needed for our stay.

Home away from home for CDP families

We had an amazing stay during our CDP tournament. The property is clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. The host is also very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!!!

The stairs were very steep so we had to have the four year old stay downstairs in the queen bed instead of the upstairs singles. The stairs were a little tough for my parents but it was safer to have them up there vs the child. Place was clean and the air conditioners worked but they were very loud. Having the two bathrooms was very helpful to get everyone showered and ready but the plumbing can definitely use some updating. Overall we needed a place to sleep near Dreams Park and this house provided that just needs some updating.
