This is a six person capacity.
From May to August 29, the calendar is set for the 6 night rotation of Cooperstown Baseball Dreams Park.
May 31- June 6, June 6 -12, June 12 -18, June 18 -24,
June 24 - 6-30, June 30 -July 6, July 6-12, July 12-18, July 18-24,
July 24 -30, July 30- August 5, August 5-11, August 11-17, August 17-23,
August 23-29. Two night minimum for 8/29 - 9/30

COUNTRY CHARMER two story home with 3 bedrooms (queen, double, twin, six person maximum), 2 full bathrooms, laundry, all linens, fully furnished kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, wireless internet, central air, furnished back deck overlooking fields and hills with incredible sunsets, and partially shaded. Picnic table and patio set on the deck and grill on the lawn for that perfect eat outdoors weather. Enjoy the closeness of Dreams Park, Hall of Fame, museums, shops, parks and the gorgeous Lake Otsego. Take the Glimmerglass Tour Boat ride with a history commentary in enclosed glass seating or on top for fresh air and sunshine. Groceries, restaurants, breweries and wine trails all between 1-30 miles away. Come back to all the comforts of home and relax. Check out the pics and descriptions. Information center in the home provides brochures and restaurant menus, with a House Guide for Cank's Home Plate I. Our motto is Close, Comfortable and Clean. Syracuse and Albany are the closest airports.

Great Cooperstown Stay!

My family of 5 had a wonderful week at Cank's in Cooperstown. It was the perfect spot for easy access to the Dreams Park. Plenty of room for everyone and a quick drive to all that Cooperstown has to offer.

Wonderful Hospitality

This place was perfect for us and had everything we needed. The owners were so nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we get to come back to Cooperstown! Only being 5 minutes from the baseball park was super convenient.

A Beautiful home to compliment a beautiful week of baseball!

We stayed here while our son played at Cooperstown dreams park. The house is perfectly located between the baseball fields and downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the owners were extremely accommodating.

Charming and immaculate

This VRBO property shows pride of ownership with every touch. The home was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owners were friendly, accommodating and helpful with information about the area. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

My family stayed here for my son to play at Dreams park. The location was perfect for coming back to relax and eat between games. The house was very clean and the owners were absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone playing at dreams park!

We had a great stay this past week at Canks. It’s a great location for a week of baseball at dreams park. It’s clean and the owners were easy to contact with any issues but we had none to complain about. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The house was amazing! Perfect for quiet time but yet so close to places to have fun, eat and shop. Countryside is breathtaking. Veronica and John were wonderful landlords. House was VERY clean, roomy and everything you need for a pleasant stay. I enjoyed my stay and recommend!

John has been renting to Dream's Park families since it was established. Now also renting during a longer season for all that want to come enjoy Cooperstown and the surrounding area. So much history in this part of NY! And the heart and soul of Dream's Park and what it means to the players and families has always been near and dear to his heart. We have made many friends over the years, some we continue to visit with and stay in touch.

This is a home away from home. So important to have those comforts and space to spread out during a vacation. The luxury of an entire house for basically a cheaper price than a hotel room. Add other couples and split the cost and make this trip more economical. Very important to Dream's Park families is the closeness and ease of getting to the Park for those long days and late nights when you are staying just down the road. And so convenient to those guests that are planning to see as much as possible in the Cooperstown area.
