Appartement cocooning en plein cœur de la vieille ville d'Albufeira avec vue sur l’océan.
Situé au 1er étage ,cet appartement très lumineux est composé d'une chambre et d'un salon séjour avec un canapé lit de 2 personnes, 2 balcons ou vous pourrez prendre un petit déjeuner en contemplant l’océan où vous détendre sur des chaises longues en profitant du soleil.
Idéal pour des vacances détente en amoureux où entre amis ,et pour ceux qui ne souhaitent pas louer de voiture ,à 2mn à pied de la plage et des nombreux restaurants et boutiques et attractions nocturnes dans les rues de la vieille ville.

Cute and comfortable apartment. Nicely decorated and bright with 2 walkout balconies Great location. Close to beach, restaurants & old town. Small mercados were close but major grocery stores were within walking distance uphill, but quite doable.

Beautiful 1 bedroom suite in perfect Albufeira location

Stayed for 6 days in early October. Check in with Paula was easy and she was extremely helpful with dining recommendations. Perfect location with less then 3 minute walk to the beach and old town Albufeira. Would definitely stay again

What a charming apartment. Above the Pastry Shop with was a bonus. But get your Tarts as soon as you see them because they would be gone in the mornings. Two balconies, We loved the front one that overlooked the street. You can sit and see the ocean, the church, restaurants and all the activity. So centrally located, you could walk everywhere. There were great restaurants all around. The kitchen was tiny but adequate. Besides while on vacation I did not want to cook much. Grocery stores within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked well. We certainly would rent that apartment again

Love Albufeira

We had a great time. 2 mins to the beach and 1 min to the town centre. Beach was very clean, sunbeds a bit expensive,€20, but well organised. Town centre very lively with lots of good restaurants and bars. We look forward to coming again soon.

Perfect beach getaway.

This seemed to be the perfect location. On top of a bakery so it was awesome to roll out of bed and get coffee and breakfast. Beach access down the lane. Resturants and lively bars like 2 blocks away. I hope to be back soon. Paula was attentive from the moment I booked.

Bright and sunny

First floor looking out over churches from two balconies. Great location to watch all the people going to and from the old town. Mini train passes by every 20 minutes or so.

Great location

My stay was really nice . Great place , great location , can walk everywhere and the beach is literally in front. The host Paula was extremely helpful , she gave us suggestions on local authentic Portuguese restaurants which made the vacation even better . There was a problem with the unit and resolved it right away . Thank you so much from me and my daughters .

Exceptional Albufeira Apartment

This is a wonderful apartment in a perfect location on the edge of the Old Town in Albufeira steps from the beach. The owner was prompt with enquiries and Paula who met us was friendly, efficient and a perfect hostess. The apartment was as advertised, well appointed , spotless and with a lovely sea view balcony. Close to restaurants and the center of Old Town. Check-in and out was smooth and we enjoyed the bottle of Port provided by Paula.

So Many Positives About This Property - Can We Move In??

Beautifully appointed, super close to all of the action, fun, and beach in Old Town. To sit out on either of the balconies, enjoying the sun, views, and ambience was simply amazing. Paula was awesome in all of her communication to get us checked in and set up. We were very grateful for the lovely and generous unexpected bonuses of the property. Such a sexy, cool, central base to stay for our six nights in the Algarve.

Great location, above a cafe with an ocean view.

Nice clean place, lots of noise from cafe starting at 5am. Beautiful view of the water. Bring your own coffee, and laundry soap. Bed is very large with springs that dig into your back. Easy walk to the beach, and where you have to park.

Excellent apartment and host

We (myself and my wife) stayed here for 8 days in June 2023. First of all, our host gave us a very warm welcome and was very responsive and accommodating during our stay. The apartment is spacious, very well placed and excellently equipped. This is clearly one of the best apartments we have rented over the the years. Very close to the beach but a bit aside from the over-touristy crazy area from the middle of Albufeira. It was perfect for our beach holiday.

Old Town Oasis

We just spent a week in this lovely apartment and would not hesitate to stay here again! It is located right in the heart of Albufeira and so close to everything in Old Town. Paula was so helpful with her many suggestions for restaurants, bars, beaches and any other requests. Parking can be challenging at times, but we had very few issues with excessive noise as per other reviews. A perfect home base for exploring the Algarve! Chris and Kathy Manitoulin Island, Canada

Great apartment

The apartment is very centrally located overlooking the sea. Five minute walk to beach and 2 minutes to old town. Shop across the road and bar coffee at entrance. Communication and ease of access very good. Located on first floor and two sets of keys provided. Kitchen was well stocked and air conditioning in lounge and bedroom. Towels and bathroom essentials also provided. There could be noise from passer-bys at night but not really a problem.

Amazing Location-Quality-Beach Access

Amazing centrally-located property with direct access to beaches - in basically "old town" Albufeira - all amenities were there as described in the VRBO listing - Paula was the person that met us - organized us - helped us - a 5-star person in a 5-star property - only suggestion might be to be prepared to use ear plugs sometimes - if you are an "early-to-bed" person - because of the street-level enthusiastic activities - also - be prepared to know BEFORE HAND - what the surrounding parking options are if driving - and where they are with respect to the property - in July it is absolutely packed with cars in all the near parking locations - bottom line - we loved it and we loved the courtesy of Paula

Greatly satisfied in Albuferia

My husband have only great things to say about our stay. Though there were a couple of items to be fixed in the rental, these did not alter the fact that we had a great stay. Paula was excellent...was always approachable and got back to us asap. whatever we asked of her, she made every effort to fulfill. Could not have had a better contact. This rental is in the heart of Albuferia...we walked everywhere...local buses easy to use. For our first time here, this rental was perfect. If you love to walk .love the beach...love to shop and love great restaurants then this place is for you. Just remember ,you are in a very busy pedestrian area...not noisy...very safe, but lots of tourists.

An excellent apartment and superb visit to our favorite destination

We have just returned from Albufeira , our favorite place. we had a great time. The apartment was superb, modern, clean and bright & very comfortable and has everything you need . Paule was there to meet and greet us and she showed us around and was helpful, friendly and lovely. we know Albufeira very well, as we have visited over 20 times - the apartment is in the best spot, with a lovely view from both balconies of the sea, little bars and restaurants and only a 3 minute walk to the beach and old town. The weather was very hot, but the addition of air con throughout was great, the shower was fab and the bedroom very comfy. Check in and out was very easy and so was communication to book . We give this apartment 5 stars. 10/10 and we would love to go back .

An excellent stay

My partner and I just had to leave a review regarding the excellent time we had in Eric's unit. Paula was out contact and she was exceptional. Our train was delayed from Porto due to a fire on the tracks and she waited for us for our very late check-in- we were so appreciative. The apartment was great; clean, bright, 2 balconies, and fully stocked kitchen - it was a dream! And the unit was literally ground zero in 'old town'. We were two minutes to the amazing beach, 3-5 minutes to nearly 50 restaurants and bars and grocery stores. Everything was close by - even the Marina was only about a 20 minute walk where we did the sunset dinner cruise and half day kayaking ... A wonderful stay, an amazing unit, and gracious host - thank you all. Robert and Ted

Grand spot, lovely hosts

Right from booking to leaving, the hosts were outstanding. Paula met us at the apartment and gave us a tour of the place and even provided us with drinking water and a local beer. Her and Eric were on hand for anything from start to finish, not that we needed them much. The apartment is ideal for a couple and is really central to anything and everything, including a 5 min stroll to the beach. If you want lively then you can have it. If you want quiet and local, you can have it. If you want romantic, you can have it. If you want to just stay in and chill, you can. This place really does offer so many options. The pictures of the apartment show exactly as it is. We will be back and I'm sure our family and friends will also be along at some point muito obrigada Eric and Paula

Albufeira stay

The apt was very convenient to beach, restaurants, shopping areas. We had beautiful weather and took full advantage, using this location for day trips to explore east to Tavira and west to Lagos. Our only complaints were about the check-in process and communications with Paula. We had read so many positive reviews about her helpfulness, knowledge of the area and courtesies. However, for our stay, she was absent - sick or on vacation (we heard 2 different explanations) and her substitute was very nice, but had limited English language fluency and much less knowledge of the area. It was disappointing. And finally, the keys for both outer door and inner apt entry were often hard to engage and could have been a safety issue if we needed to exit the apartment quickly.

Pictures don’t do this charming apartment justice

Our hostess Paula was really easy to work with. Easy communication and a lot of help. The window blinds for one of the balconies broke while we were there, and she had it fixed within hours of being notified. She personally came with the repair man to ensure everything was taken care of. The apartment is perfect for two people. It’s hard to understand by the pictures but the location is fantastic. It’s just one block off the main area for dining and entertainment and the beach is less than 10 minutes walk to get down the cliffs. While the center of town with all the party atmosphere and dining is just a block away, that noise does not carry into the apartment. It was easy to get quiet at when we wanted to sleep. Sitting on the balcony was delightful. Altogether, I would recommend this stay very highly.

Amazing Location, Beautiful CondoI cannot say enough about this wonderful condo. It literally took my breath away with its assets; excellent location, exceptional cleanliness, bright, roomy, well stocked, comfortable, feeling of safety, private, two large balconies with view of water and old churches, excellent plumbing and water pressure, ample and beautiful furnishings, plenty of drawer and closet space, problem-free air conditioning, very nice front loading washer and large folding dryer rack on balcony, easy check-in, and best of all, Paula, the lovely and outstanding host who was promptly available for all my questions and made me feel so welcome. Thank you Paula! The location was perfect. It was less than 5 minutes from beach and the start of restaurants, shops, and bars, but just enough to the side to be at the quiet end away from the main square. You could walk everywhere and the tourist train stopped right out front but not noisy. You entered the beach down steps and then through a tunnel lit up at night and musicians playing, very romantic. The beach is beautiful and has a restaurant on each side of the entrance both overlooking the beach. So everything was right there. Very easy to get to the centre of Old Town, just minutes, either through the streets, or along the beach, or a beach walk above on the hill. There is so much choice. I stayed several weeks and it was difficult to leave. I would definitely stay there again if I have the opportunity.

Disappointed

Let me start by saying the pictures of the property are accurate. It was bright, clean and lovely! Check-in was great! Paula met us early and showed us how everything worked. However, the description of the apartment failed to mention it was above a business that served alcohol until midnight. Via the reviews, we knew it was above a “pastelaria” which we understood to be a bake shop, which we assumed would close early evening. As early to bed, early to rise folks, we found the noise emanating from the bakery/bar, directly beneath the bedroom, to be very disruptive. Loud, sometimes boisterous conversations, scraping chairs and tables went on until after midnight. Earplugs softened the noises a bit, but after a month, we decided we could not live here for another 60 days, so felt we had to find a new location. We have been using VRBO for 16 years to find our winter getaways, and this is the first time we have had to move! Although a portion of our payment was refunded, it was a costly two months, having to pay for new accommodations!
