Perfect for my stay with my in-laws. Plenty of space to spread out. Amanda from the service team is amazing by her lightning fast response when I asked about the propane tanks for the grill. She was in the area and came by to locate and retrieve them from the storage unit and assisted with other questions. She elevated the my customer service experience to 5 stars!

Great Beach House!

My husband and I reserved this house for our grown children, granddaughter, and elderly parents. It was perfect! The location was close to shopping, dining, fun activities, and most importantly...a short walk to the beach! The view each morning was simply breathtaking!

So-So

Location is wonderful, views are great and kitchen is well equipped. Layout of the “in-law” suite is weird with the bed upstairs but the bathroom down a spiral staircase. One bedroom hadn’t been cleaned at all, we had to change the sheets and discovered a pair of men’s underwear in them. Won’t be staying here again, way too many other wonderful houses in Navarre, most of which have beach walkovers which this one doesn’t.

Beautiful new home on the beach!

Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen stocked with necessities. Can’t beat a brand new home. Great views and your toes hit the sand from the patio. :)

Great Place for a Sibling reunion!

We had a wonderful time! Loved having two refrigerators. The only issue we had was that the ovens in the main area didn't seem very accurate. We cooked in for most of the trip. and the ovens weren't coming up to temperature. Suggest more dishtowels and dishcloths--one of each was inadequate. for us. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Fun in Navarre

Overall, we had a delightful week in the house. However, there were a couple of small issues, like a garbage disposal that did not want to drain and bedrooms with no bedside table or chests to store clothes in. It seems the house was built and rented without completing some things that make for comfort for guests. However, my family had a wonderful time and appreciated that Navarre is not so "touristy".

Value not there

Location great, property lacks basic necessities, not cleaned well, broken toilet , blood stains on couch, inch high dust on ceiling fans, broken fridge shelves, unusable cooking utensils. For 12k a week we expected at least cleanliness.

Unfortunately,first impressions are critical! Facility was dirty! Sink,counters,backplash,stove top all dirty. All upholstery chairs,couch filthy. Porch furniture cushions dirty! We used pillowcases and sheets so we could use . Dirt/sand under couches beds. Beginning on ground level concrete not cleaned after last rental. We had to clean around picnic table area to use. Bedroom space good, living and dining space small for 14 . Your rental company was very responsive when notified of garbage issue.

Gorgeous home on Florida’s prettiest beach. Worth the cost.

Location can’t be beat. House was beautiful. 100% worth the $. Only complaint is we would prefer to talk to a local human property manager with simple questions. We VRBO in Navarre at least twice a year. This is our first time communicating with management via answering service and text only. Would prefer someone local who can answer simple questions like is there a Keurig (there was) and did previous renters leave any beach chairs there we could use (there were two). The layout is a little different with 2 kitchens very close together. We loved it though because we could store our drinks and food in kitchen #2. Having a second refrigerator was awesome! Main fridge actually had a functioning water and ice dispenser. We would absolutely stay there again. Hated to leave. Wonderful beach experience!!!!! Also, highly recommend y’all go to Juana’s for breakfast and get a cinnamon roll pancake for the table as an app. You won’t regret it.

Don't Stay Here

We were shocked at the lack of supplies in this house. Each bathroom had only one towel. There were no washcloths or hand towels at all. The cleanliness of this property is also questionable. The sofa is filthy and there were crumbs under the glass dining table. For the price, you would expect to get at least a supply of towels. The house also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The location is amazing and they did send a very nice person to clean when I called but it took way too long. The upstairs patio was not accessible because the door lock was broken. Overall, we were very disappointed. This could be such a great property if Southern Vacation Rentals did a better job with cleaning and maintenance. I would not recommend staying here.

Do Not Recommend

Honestly, we would not stay here again. No early check in or late check out was allowed, despite the fact that according to the online calendar, no one was checking in on the day we checked out and the rental agreement I signed stated it "may be available for an additional fee." We walked into the property and it was filthy. Urine stains on the lid of the toilets, sand everywhere, and we had to clean all the dishes because they were put away but very dirty. There was mold on one of the shower curtains, which we did contact the property manager about and they sent someone to replace it, but this should not have been an issue to begin with since they supposedly clean the house between renters so you would think someone would notice this. The bunk beds were very wobbly and the people who stayed on them could not move without the whole bed moving. The proximity to the beach is the only redeeming quality.

Dirty and the house needs a lot of TLC

The location of the house is perfect. The upkeep and cleanliness is poor and if I could rate it worse than a one I would. I paid over $7000 for a three day rental to have to spend the first 2 hours of our stay cleaning. Southern Vacation Rentals had little to no care that there was food stuck on the kitchen table, blue frosting all over the table and seat cushions to where we had to remove and put them in the washer because they were so filthy, there was shoes and socks left over from the previous renters, the utensils and all of the dishes needed to be washed before we used them as they had food left on them, the water dispenser had mold on it, there was a huge sauce stain left on the bean bag, the grill also had food caked on it. The door handles to at least four doors needed to be secured so they didn't fall off, the TVs are slapped on the bedroom wall haphazardly, there wasn't any hand soap in any of the bathrooms and they only left 12 towels for 14 members. Southern Vacation Rentals is a company I would never go through again, they send out "canned" text messages that don't apply to all rentals, fail to reply to emails even after three attempts were made which is unacceptable. To spend the amount that I did for that rental for them to not provide even basic necessities like the right amount of towels, putting painting supplies away and providing a clean rental to walk into is not the customer service that should have been received, especially for the amount paid.

Great family beachfront property on a quiet beach

Home was as advertised in the listing with beautiful views, huge family sized table and lots of bathrooms. Checkout time was too early. No extra paper products were made available so expect to bring your own. Otherwise was a nice stay.

Great getaway!

Beautiful home! We truly enjoyed the space and it was comfortable for our large group. We loved being right on the beach. Even with a couple of large condos nearby we didn't have any issues feeling crowded on the beach. We did use a beach service which was a nice luxury. Check in/out was an absolute breeze.

Very nice place!

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. My family and I do a beach trip every year and I am extremely picky about cleanliness and location. Both of those things get a 5 star from me. The house is spacious but for my family there was some wasted space. The second kitchen area was only used for food storage, the main kitchen was lacking storage, and the access to one of the bedrooms from the second kitchen was not ideal due to privacy issues. It may work wonderfully for some families just not necessarily for ours. All in all it was a wonderful place to stay and would definitely recommend to other travelers.

Great vacay!

Property was just as pictures showed. Loved that it was just steps to beach. Well stocked kitchen and enough space for my group of 10. Excellent views!
