Nichée dans un bosquet de trembles avec une grande cour arrière pour se détendre ou jouer, cette maison de ville est parfaite pour une escapade relaxante pour se ressourcer et se reconnecter avec votre famille et vos amis. Un plan d'étage spacieux de trois chambres avec un salon / cuisine ouvert rend le divertissement et la collecte faciles et agréables. Profitez d'une soirée cinéma au niveau inférieur ou faites une partie de baby-foot! La cuisine est bien équipée avec des appareils haut de gamme, entièrement équipée avec des casseroles / poêles et des ustensiles de cuisine et des épices. En été, savourez un excellent repas sur le pont en écoutant la brise se précipiter à travers les trembles. En hiver, les stations de ski à seulement 800 mètres! Vous pouvez y aller à pied ou monter dans la navette qui passe juste devant la porte, littéralement à moins de 50 pas! Un bain à remous sera installé au printemps 2020!

This listing checked all the boxes, close to the bus stop to get anywhere in Breck, comfy beds, great kitchen supplies, and plenty of room for friends and family to visit. We stayed a full month. Our contact was quick to respond to any needs we had.

This property was just OK. I found communication with the host to be unpleasant and like I was a bother, rather than wanting to help and make us feel comfortable. We’ve stayed in Breck many times and I would not rebook this condo. The location was pretty and very convenient. The condo was decent- queen bed mattress was not comfortable and bunk beds were very squeaky. They also need to fix the ladder to make it safe to climb to the top bunk. Hot tub was very stinky and there was no interest from the host in helping us make it better. Kitchen was well stocked and I loved how open it felt with all the windows and glass doors. We had an overall good trip, but the host attitude and some details could have made it better.

While we appreciate you staying with us we also are looking forward to you finding a new location for your next trip. The house was left a mess, trash wasn't taken out, doors weren't locked when you left, and the bunk beds were disassembled. I checked the hot tub just after you checked out and it was crystal clear and had no odor. Your initial emails and contact were very rude and demeaning and we still responded, answered your questions and solved your problems in a timely manner. It seemed like no matter how quickly we responded, solved your problems or answered questions it wasn't enough. Thanks, all the best.

We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge! We were able to enjoy the downtown area and get several hikes in. The house was amazing and so was the hot tub!!

Breckenridge Ski Vacation

This was a fantastic location for us to spend our ski vacation in breckenridge. The place was very clean and comfortable and my entire group throroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Nice place with great access to the bus. However the twin bunk room is not as described… it is a twin bunk with a trundle, not another twin. The trundle is not comfortable and the bunk is creaky. Only good for kids not another adult

Very nice townhome that was super close to town and other activities. Had anything you'd need to cook your own meals. Very nicely stocked with utensils, etc. Check in process was very easy, host was very kind and even sent recommendations for where to visit, eat, etc. Nice, quiet neighborhood and the aspens in the yard were stunning this time of year. Will definitely book this place again if we come up to Breckenridge again.

Breck Ski Trip

This is a great rental for a family ski trip. Terrific location, literally steps from the Free Bus stop. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you could possibly want or need. Abundant quality linens and towels for all guests. Hot tub well maintained and hot! Parking accommodated three vehicles on site. Kitchen open area was perfect for gathering, cooking and playing games at large dining room table. Obvious recent upgrades to the home. Quiet neighborhood and close to Main Street. And we even had an adorable fox sighting.

Breckenridge

We were so excited about our first vacation to the mountains! The scenery, snow, and mountains were just breath taking. Unfortunately, overall cleanliness of the property was very disappointing. The downstairs bathroom had mold and mildew on the shower curtain. The sofa bed downstairs was dirty. It looked like what appeared to be bed bugs when we unfolded it. Additionally, the mattress cover was dirty as well. When the property manager was made aware he disputed the concerns initially then later said it wasn’t bugs just crumbs from where someone had been eating in the bed. The manager said he’d bring the housekeeper in the following day to clean sofa bed. However, the next day no housekeeper showed up. When I contacted the property manager to ask if he was still planning to send a housekeeper he said no he would just give us a $125 credit and we could wash the mattress cover ourselves. The property manager seemed to be bothered by me contacting him. We’ve always had great experiences with VRBO property but this one was not. If you need additional information please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Amy, Glad you loved the location of the property after you're initial check in. Our little company has been around for a while now and unfortunatley we have leared a few things. Shortly after check in you asked to be moved to a new location closer to the resort. This is tough to do since your'e only a mile away and on the bus route. I told you we couldn't accomodate that all our properties were booked. You then sent the message stating there were bed bugs which we were alarme by and asked for pictures. Several hours later in the late evening after repeated requests for pictures you sent a picture with popcorn kernels on the pullout, but no other beds. We weren't able to come by immediatley the next day but did come on Christmas Eve removed the mattress cover on the pullout and verified there were infact NO Bed Bugs. It's unfortunate that we have learned when guests ask for a change of location then follow it up with empty false threats and leave bad reviews, my little one peroson company has to take it on the chin and hope that the rest of my 5 star reviews show the true value and quality of our properties. We take great pride in the properties, our cleaning crews are phenomenal and we followed up as best we could but won't be blackmailed into resolving a non issue. Happy New year.

The location was very nice and an easy walk to town for dinner. The condo is spacious and clean, the outside had some trash around the hot tub from previous tenants, but other than that the stay was good.

Wonderful stay

Plenty of space for our family (4 adults, 1 teen, 2 kids). House is very well-stocked — kitchen had everything we needed and more, house had lots of board games and Legos for the kids. Check-in was easy. Shuttle is right across the street. Excellent communication from Brett prior to check-in and during our stay when we needed help. We would definitely book again.

More than we expected :)

Great place! We stayed there just for 1 night and it was perfect for what we needed. Theres a grill outside, a hot tub and the kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely come back!
