We loved our stay at the French Street Cottage. It was very convenient to everything, and it had all the amenities we needed. It was also nice to have parking for two cars. Great option for a family or small group!

Cute little red cottage

Perfect for our family of four. Well laid out and well appointed kitchen. My only wish was for a hot tub and a clearer shortcut to the gondola. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay and always love Breckenridge. The living space is a little tight, but the kitchen is high-end and very functional. Having a garage is also a big plus. We would definitely return.

November 2020 Stay

The Cottage is just brilliant, perfect for our family of four and our pup. Close to town and the gondola but so private and away from everyone which was so important to us right now. The responsiveness of the River Ridge Rental team was amazing and we would for sure stay here again.

Ideal Breckenridge Cottage

We had a wonderful visit to this perfect little Breckenridge place. The home itself is as advertised. It is on the smaller side, but it has everything you need for a a stay and is modern and clean.The location couldn’t be better! It is a short walk to downtown and to the gondola where you’ll find amazing Restaurants, great shopping and epic skiing and boarding.River Village is responsive and helpful.Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
