Il y a aussi deux ponts pour profiter de votre boisson du matin dans le calme serein de la nature. Si vous avez encore de l'énergie à brûler après l'aventure de la journée, il y a un panier de basket dans l'allée qui demande juste qu'un nouveau champion HORSE soit couronné!

Le plaisir n'est pas seulement à l'extérieur de cette magnifique maison! Lorsqu'il est temps de trouver une collation ou de préparer votre repas du soir, le chef de votre groupe adorera la cuisine entièrement équipée et mise à jour avec un bar pour que les testeurs de goût du chef puissent se percher. Tout le monde peut se réunir confortablement à la table de la salle à manger pour profiter de son repas ainsi que d'une magnifique vue sur la forêt depuis la porte coulissante avec accès au pont attenant à la salle à manger. Après votre repas, défiez-vous mutuellement à un jeu de société amusant dans la salle familiale ou détendez-vous au coin du feu dans l'un des deux espaces de vie communs. Au fur et à mesure que la soirée se termine, assurez-vous de profiter de l'ordonnance d'éclairage vers le bas à l'échelle de la ville qui garantit que vous avez une vue imprenable sur la galaxie depuis le tout nouveau spa!

Une fois qu'il est temps de vous reposer, choisissez parmi trois chambres, toutes avec une literie invitante vous invitant à un sommeil paisible. Il y a un maître avec un lit king-size luxueux et une salle de bains avec une vue sur la forêt parfaite pour la rêverie. relaxation and fun

Great house in a quiet part of Sunriver. Beds were comfortable, the deck was great and we loved the ping pong table. Excellent house!!

We had a nice stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was great to have and the kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms could use updates and maybe new mattresses on the twin beds would be nice improvements. Also maybe one or two men appropriate bikes for the garage. Overall the house was great. Easy and quiet location, nice layout, nice to have (3) bathrooms, and we loved having the hot tub.

Perfect Sunriver property

This house is perfect - immaculately maintained, well-equipped and perfectly located (I prefer to be far from the village & closer to mountain biking trails). We had a totally relaxing & wonderful long weekend and I hope to reserve this house again. Loved, loved, loved it. Thank you.

Amazing family memories

I made a bit of a last minute decision to take my kids and mom to Sunriver- we hadn’t been in many years. I was a little worried we wouldn’t be able to find a house that would suit our needs, but Kinglet- 45 was perfect. The house was impeccably clean, well organized, and spacious. In the kitchen I found everything I needed without having to sift through leftover items from previous guests. My boys, 11 and 14 had the best time riding the bikes and exploring the area. We hiked, ate at the village and enjoyed an awesome lip sync show by the Klassix Ayre Band. We had a little issue with the garage door and the management office was quick to send someone to fix it. We such a wonderful time and we hope to return each year.

The bathrooms were a little outdated, but extremely clean. Deck was small but we saw a permit on the garage to maybe improve the deck? Not sure - boys loved having a hoop of their own! Property mgmt company was fantastic!! We never paid attn to property mgmt but when there is a problemt you want a good one (avoid Blue Pacific!). Loved this home!!

First trip to Sunriver

This was a great house for our first trip to Sunriver. Easy access to the river and trail to Benham falls. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Bedrooms are good size - master bed is very confortable. Two twin beds may need updating soon but they’re fine for kids. Brand new hot tub is a great way to end the day and soothe aching legs after a day of hiking, biking, etc. It would be nice to have a larger deck to dine on and lounge around. One thing - master bath needs a new shower curtain liner. We’d love to stay here again!
