The layout of the house was perfect for our needs. My husband loved the hot tub. The property was very clean and the management team checked in with us via text daily to be sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything. It was comforting knowing someone was available if we had a problem, especially during the holidays.

Great home -- enjoyed the location, SHARC passes, walking/biking paths, tennis courts, etc. The hot tub and BBQ were a perfect way to end the day and relax as a family. House has 1 adult bike -- would be nice if there were 2 (brought kids bikes and had to take turns riding with them).

Everything was great. Coffee pot is only a 5 cup mr coffee. They did have a bean grinder and filters for it though! There is some spices and 2 out of the three beds were adjustable beds! Nice heated floors in the matter bathroom.

Pros:- newer kitchen and bath countertops and fixtures- hot tub was very clean- completely enclosed deck Cons:- only 1 bike (most sunriver rentals have 4 or more)- backs up to a road- kitchen could be stocked better- while it can sleep 6 it was tight, on the days we only had 4 it was ok.

Great home, beautiful area. The place was very clean. Deck was lovely and nice and private. Furniture was all very comfortable and in great condition. Having an ice maker in the freezer is so nice to have. Hot tub was very clean and well maintained. We were four adults, and although you could definitely fit six people, I think it would be a little cramped. For the four of us it was perfect. Beds were very comfortable, and two of them are adjustable! Kitchen was very functional and pretty well stocked for basic needs. Although there’s lots of neighboring homes, it’s pretty private. It was very peaceful and quiet.
