Great Vacation Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was in a great location on the island and very close to grocery, drinks, and dining. To travel to the south end of the beach was only a 9 minute drive. The house was very clean, roomy, and has everything you would need. The outdoor lanai and pool was the highlight of the stay, as there is plenty of room to relax, swim, or watch TV. The house is located in a well populated neighborhood but there is minimal noise and the vegetation surrounding the property adds a layer of seclusion. This is a great home...would definitely rent again.

A great house!

Everything was great, except there was a newly installed shower and there was no door or shower curtain to close so water ran out on the floor. The pool and lanai were perfect. We will rent this house next time we visit Marco Island.

I can’t get anyone to understand that they’re in Florida and I’m in Ohio so all I can do is make phone calls with no one responding

Memorial Day Weekend

I would like to thank the owners of this beautiful home for allowing us to enjoy it for a couple of days. We loved it so much that we didn’t want to leave the house. The home is beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. The beds were really confortable The kitchen has practically everything you’ll need, from utensils to serving trays and bar wear. They also have an awesome gas grill by the pool. The pool is nice and clean. There’s Plenty of beach toys, chairs in the garage. When we first arrived we found a couple of issues that were not to our liking, but brought them up to management and they were quick to respond and solved them, very satisfied with their response. Hopping to go back sometime soon.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was ok. We felt the locals did not want visitors. It cost $20 to go to the beach and all food was overpriced. There was very little to do for single women who don’t hang out at bars. I also caught covid 4 days into our vacation. Bummer! Linens needed replaced for the price we paid. Management responded immediately to our request for better quality wash clothes and towels.

Very comfortable and clean home! The pool was perfect - clean, great temperature - and several nice pool seating options. It was just my husband and me so we had plenty of space, but there are two living room set ups that we thought would make traveling with a larger group really convenient, especially with kids. We really enjoyed the TV outside and watching of the World Cup in the pool! Check in and out was easy. It was my first VRBO experience where I needed to go to the rental office to check in/out (and where we needed to pick up and return the garage opener), but it was close to the home and a really quick stop. The hosts send helpful reminder texts about garbage pick up times, etc. and were quick to respond to any messages I sent. A nice spot!

The house was very very clean and was exactly as depicted in the pictures. They had everything we needed. We enjoy the beautiful lanai and pool every day. Marco Island Vacation Properties had the BEST customer service and are very responsive. It was super easy to check in and out with them. We will be back to Marco snd we will most definitely rent through them again.

Great Stay on Marco Island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time on Marco and renting a vacation home. The overall experience was great from start to finish. The communication and info given up front made for an easy rental process. Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. The staff was incredibly helpful and communicative. (Text and email updates were given during the course of the week for things like garbage and recycling pick-up. The house itself was represented well in the photos and the website. There was typical wear and tear on the house but NOTHING that affected our stay. The pool was excellent with a maintained temperature acceptable to all. The 2 separate living spaces made plenty of room for kids and adults to enjoy their own areas. The house was in good walking or bike riding distance to restaurants and shops. A car was needed for convenient trips to the beach. Overall, we were VERY pleased with this house and location!

Stayed at 1217 Bluebird Avenue and had an amazing two weeks of beautiful weather and totally enjoyed our stay. This is our 3rd time renting with Marco Island Vacation Properties and they continue to go above and beyond with their great customer service and support.
