Lovely duplex in the heart of Richmond!!!

Amazing shower in an incredible space with private entrance in the heart of RVA. Reagan pays attention to all the details and offers everything you could need!! The body lotions and shower gels all smell so good too. Very quick to respond and takes care of everything with amazing speed. Stayed twice this month and can’t wait to go back!!!!!

Troublesome stairs

The apartment was neat and clean and the bedroom really spacious. Our problem was having the small bathroom on the entry floor and the bedroom upstairs. If I had known this was the situation, I would have booked another place more suitable.

This space is clean, private and compact. Entrance to unit is off rear alley, not Clay street. This made finding door a little tricky because map takes you to spot off W Clay St. Great location, walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. Overall, this place is exactly what we needed and we would stay there again.

Great communication. Clean. Free private parking was nice. I did not spend much time in the rental because I was in town for an event at the convention center, where I was the most of the time. The Convention Center was a 10 minute walk away. Next time I am in Richmond I would book here again.

This a very cute little space that was perfect for me traveling alone but could also work for a couple. Do note the bathroom is downstairs and bathroom with shower is upstairs. This was not a problem for me but if you have mobility issues or need to use bathroom several times in night it could be an issue. Host was communicative and helpful. I really loved spending time in the garden even if the storms made it a little wild.

The apartment was nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud!

We had a good experience. The hostess was easy to work with. This property is realatively close to restaurants and historical sites we wanted to see. We would definitely stay here again!

The listing seemed great, but when we arrived the property manager messaged saying that she had cancelled our reservation but we were never informed. This seemed to be an issue with the app, but it was incredibly disappointing.

The actual experience puts the photos to shame

I was passing thru for one night and Reagan's place blew all of my initial expectations away. The check in process was super easy, any accommodation imaginable is there for you, the location is within ideal walking distance to VCU and several staple Richmond restaurants and bars. Aesthetically, this property doesn't disappoint, with its stained hardwood floors, loft aooeal, and overall cozyness. The cherry's on top were the adjacent secluded.garden and the free parking space. I will most certainly make the effort to stay here again on my return to RVA.
