Branson Gal's Trip

What an unbelievably spacious property and having 3 full baths was a treat with 6 women staying together! The property manager was also a gem...the fridge was not running properly, but the problem was handled with a few text messages/phone calls. Another great perk of this property was the location...close to everything that Branson has to offer! My gals and I would definitely consider renting this property again!

Beautiful comdo

We loved our stay. This is a three bed, three bath fully furnished condo. It’s beautiful. The master suite’s bed was the softest bed I’ve ever slept on! I wish I could have taken it home. You won’t be disappointed staying here!

Very nice and close to everything!

The apartment was very nice. The beds were comfortable. I forgot to get the name of the mattress so I could purchase one. We all slept very well. Convenient to everything we wanted to do. Check in and out was so simple. Thanks again!

Branson experience

It had everything we needed and more. 2 of our family members thought the mattresses were too soft. It was a great place for the 8 of us to stay. Very clean, aesthetically pleasing, had games on site, taught our grandson to play farkle. Great 3 day escape. Thank you too our hosts.

Great Location

This was a great location for everything we attended. The condo was just as described and the pictures showed. We had an issue with the washing machine but it was taken care of within 48 hours. Communication with the condo customer service was good. I look forward to staying there on my next trip to Branson.

Great place , but a couple hiccups!

The condo was great
.the only problems were a late check-in due to late cleaning that was not communicated to us. Also some keys were sticking on the entry code key pad
.so we had to try repeated times to get the entry code successfully entered! Very nice accommodations once we got entry when returning to the condo.

Not worth the cost

There was dirty dishes left in the microwave, which had been there a while cause they were sticky and greasy. Several of the utensils were put away with food on them. There was human or dog hair all over the stool in the master bath. Overall, it was not worth what we paid to book it for 4 nights.

Thousand Hills RESORT

Room was not cleaned, they finally showed up at 8:30pm. I couldn’t unload my car thinking they would vacuum and mop. They didn’t. There was towels in the washer told them 2times. Still left them. Dishwasher full of dirty dishes. They changed the sheets but not the top cover. Told me they only wash those once a month. I said unacceptable I want clean ones I don’t care if you buy them. So they bought new ones. The restrooms were wiped of not cleaned per day. It was supposed to have elevator right next to room it wasn’t had to walk all over for it. It definitely wasn’t handicap accessible like I was told it would be. Then I was told none of the amenities were available to me since I rented through a owner and not the resort. So dirty room. No pool for kids, no basketball for kids, not handicap accessible no walk on golf course. This list goes on.

Excellent Stay. The condo was very roomy yet homey. The area was quiet during the holiday weekend. Never heard a neighbor. Beds were comfy. Condo was very clean. Highly Recommend!!

We stayed @ 815 Holiday Ridge. The room had several cleaning issues and also the 2nd bed on the first floor had a fitted sheet that was too small. Also, in the heating/ cooling unit in the 2nd bedroom didn’t work. It was 37 degrees on our last night, we froze !!

Had trouble locating the unit. None of the correspondence from you told us the unit was on the fourth floor. Good thing we arrived in the daylight. It would have been hard to find in the dark. The door code is way to complicated and if you touch one of the buttons a little different from the others you have to wait and start over. The garbage can did not have a liner in it so we had to keep the garbage can open while we were there. Nice unit we would stay again.

Before booking with VRBO, call the resort!

Everything was good except the value. We were denied access to the pool because we did not get a card for entrance, however the Vrbo listed a pool in our stay’s amenities. We felt lied too. We also didn’t get a discounts for shows or golf, because we didn’t go through the resort. When we priced the difference, the resort was the same price we paid Vrbo. Lesson learned, check, compare, and verify!

Great Place

For three couples this was a great condo, The location was perfect and the unit was very clean and neat with everything we needed. The balcony with table and chairs was very, very nice. Would like to stay there again.
