This house was in a perfect location. Off the beaten path but close to everything/Hwy 76. Communication with Bob & Shelly was wonderful, clear, precise and informative. This property was perfect for our family of 6 (4 kids ages 9 to 2). We loved the location and walking to dinner at the Landing. The owner was fantastic to communicate with and extremely considerate. Our 9 year old has always been very enthusiastic about trains so the decor was a huge hit. We were also impressed with the number of things the owner went above and beyond on in stocking for guests. While we didn’t use much of what was offered, we noticed the generous and thoughtful items that were provided above and beyond any VRBO of the several we’ve stayed in. We plan to stay again.

Within walking distance to downtown which is a plus. Trolly is close by and a cute breakfast and lunch place is only two blocks away. Host answered in a timely manner. Accommodations were great. Weather didn’t allow us to use the two outdoor seating areas but they would have been awesome. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Branson.
