This place was clean and perfect for 2 people. The location is wonderful and a short drive to many restaurants and beaches. We really enjoyed our stay!

The location was just outside of all the business and was very nice and quiet. They left us some nice beach towels to use as well as some reef-friendly sunscreen. They were very responsive and great hosts!

Private and peaceful stay

It was easy to find and close to the bay for snorkeling. The beach isn’t that far and calm. The Ganesh restaurant is down the street. Always has a line but good food and hughe portions.

My stay here while traveling in Maui was fantstic. The condo is clean and spacious, I love hanging out at the backyard for a coffee or just chill. Beaches and restaurants are walking distance. Joe's a great host, very friendly and accommodating, I would definitely recommend this place.

Clean and just beautiful complex

This condo is so nice and has a beautiful scenery. The tv has different access to multiple apps to watch movies and the beach is not too far! Nice and relaxing place to be while in Hawaii.

Quiet Setting

We really enjoyed our accommodations. The grounds are well manicured and we were within a 10 minute walk to Napili beach. Our property contact provided promt and helpful answers to all of our questions.

Plenty of room for 2

The accommodations were perfect for us and Joe was super accommodating. Very comfortable round bed with all the amenities we needed. Fast wi-if and big screen tv helped while indoors. The lanai furniture was comfortable with a private setting. We would highly recommend this ground floor unit for a party of 2!

Beautiful little Condo in Napili

We absolutely loved our stay in the condo. Everything was just perfect - from the cute little bed to the patio. Joe was very responsive and was always there to help us with our queries. He was very accommodative to our requests. We will definitely come back whenever we visit Maui next. Thanks for everything!!

Great experience

Unit was clean and well equipped with lots of extras we weren’t expecting, such as snorkel gear, beach equipment, everything needed to cook and make coffee! WiFi was good. Not far from a gorgeous beach great for swimming and snorkeling. No air conditioning was a little hot but they did provide several fans to help mitigate that. Owner responsive to issues that arose during stay. Would stay again.

Fabulous!

We had a wonderful stay at Joe’s condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare meals in. The condo is not ocean front, but a beautiful beach with great snorkeling is a 3 minute drive/17 minute walk away. Beach towels, chairs, snorkelling gear and boogie boards were provided which went above and beyond expectations. A car is a must to take advantage of everything near this location. Mahalo, Joe! We hope to return.

Great Location, Responsive Host

Loved the property, the location, and the modern interior. The bed is suitable for two people, and it doesn't get very hot in the evening. If you are out most of the day, and return in the evening, no AC is fine. The wifi had issues, we should have informed the host earlier to get it fixed so we could work remote. Otherwise, the accommodation was great and the host responds promptly.

Aloha Helen, glad you enjoyed the property. We did end up getting the router replaced, sorry you had to deal with that. Unfortunately Spectrum gave us a faulty device and we didn't realize this until it was too late.

Napili Ridge Condominiums

I stayed for 4 days. Condo is gorgeous and it had everything I needed. Area is very peaceful. Close to the beach, restaurants and markets. Check In was difficult as I arrived around 45 minutes before check in time. I couldn’t get a hold of the host easily to get the key. Didn’t know which unit was and it was quite stressful. A couple was very kind to help me find the place based on what it looked it on the photos until I got a hold of the host.

Sorry you had a hard time checking in, VRBO sends a notice out with an electronic code 1 week prior to your stay, we do not deal with any keys. We also send out a map that shows exactly where the unit is in the complex. If you know you are arriving early , please let us know a couple days prior and we will do our best to accommodate an early check in. Worst VRBO stay ever

The most disappointing Vrbo stays we’ve ever had. When we first arrived, there was a dirty, used towel left on the sofa but we didn’t say anything to be polite. That night, around 2–3 AM, we were woken up by two large bugs crawling on us while we were in bed. It was genuinely disturbing and made it impossible to sleep. We also found several dead bugs under the bed, which made it clear the unit was not properly cleaned or maintained.When we contacted the host, he was dismissive and told us we should “expect bugs in Hawaii”. But after leaving this property, we checked into a new Vrbo nearby and not a single bug. So that excuse clearly doesn’t hold. We left after 2 out of the 5 nights because we were so uncomfortable. The host was rude and said he would only “consider” a refund after check-out yet once we left, he was completely unresponsive. We’ve used Vrbo many times and never had an experience like this.

Great overall

Nice condo in good location to two fantastic beaches. Clean on arrival and extra cleaning supplies were available, and we appreciated the two sets of bathroom towels as we were there 10 days. Amenities are as stated but know that the pans are a bit worn out (likely due to only metal utensils) and there are no dishes/pans/etc that were oven safe. We used the grill area a few times and it had been kept clean. The restaurants featured in the pictures are not on site but are within walking distance. The property says non-smoking but several nights sitting on the patio it was evident that that is not enforced because we could easily smell cigarettes. It’s not a deal breaker for us but was noticeable. Overall, we would stay here again. This was our first experience on VRBO and it was fine. However, the details of the actual unit number, check in and check out process were never updated on the app. This was frustrating to have to go back through emails or messages to find the unit number and entry information. We were never given check out instructions so hopefully what we did was enough.

Thank you for your feedback, it’s important to us that we have 5 star reviews. We spent $299 on nice pots less than a year ago and purchase nice copper safe pots for out guests, it’s sad that guests don’t use the rubber utensils on them. We will replace them and also add some oven safe dishes for our next guests. I lived in the condo for 4 months over covid and did not have any issues with smokers, the manager does not approve of this and will give out fines. I’m sorry you had to deal with a smoker, it’s very unusual, but once in a while some people just don’t respect the rules or others . It’s best to send a message ASAP so we can put a stop to it immediately. Mahalo for staying with us, take care.
