This Ketchum condo was lovely! Great location for a stroll to town, mountain views and walking the trails! Everything we needed was included. Communication was great! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Our stay was perfect! Perfect location and perfect accommodations! We had great times of hiking, walking, my husband was fishing and we enjoyed the farmers market and shopping in Ketchum!

This is one of the best condos I have stayed in: great location; very clean; excellent new furniture; well appointed. We will definitely look to stay here on our next trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The condo is spotless and has everything you need for a great stay. The beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect. It is walking distance to town and to River Run Lodge. I would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed this place. Location is unbeatable. Plenty of space and storage for bikes and other equipment. The garage is pretty tight for a larger SUV so we parked outside and kept the bikes in the garage. The house is very clean and well-stocked. Communication with the host was excellent. Perfect size and space for our family of 4. The bed in the master took some getting used to (it's a harder foam) but it grew on me literally and figuratively. Only small nit is the furniture in the front room - the couch is pretty small and uncomfortable and the other chairs aren't great. A comfy sectional or sofa/loveseat would take this place to the next level. Overall we had a great 10-day stay and would stay there again. Sun Valley is our happy place - we can't wait to be back next year!

Great place and location with everything you need

The place is spacious and clean with a well-stocked kitchen. It's the perfect location within walking distance to the River Run Gondola and to town. The host was very attentive and the check-in process was smooth. It had a homey feel that made it perfect for our family holiday getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was spotless. Kim was great to communicate with and very welcoming. We stayed during the Xmas holidays and Kim had a tree and Xmas decorations for us to enjoy. The kitchen was fully stocked with both cooking utensils and flour, sugar, etc. We would stay here again and highly recommend Kim's condo.

Absolutely stunning property. The property is even better than the pictures and we definitely will return. Kim was an extremely responsive host and it was a great pleasure to stay in her condo on our first trip to Sun Valley. Level of organization and cleanliness of her condo was off the chart great.

Loved everything!

Sun Valley visit

Perfect location for Sun Valley Writers Conference. Days spent listening to amazing stories from top authors. Evenings in Ketchum and at condo. Condo had everything we needed and was exceptionally well-appointed.

It was very clean and had everything we needed.

Very clean, nice. The location was just what we were looking for. I would definitely stay there again. There is a garage to store skis or bikes out of the way. Easy access,close to town, close to the base of river run, loved it!!
